I am looking for help in creating a simple Wedding Rooming List for a hotel and I already have a Google Sheet of the details when they are submitted from our website.

I have already set up a Zap that creates a new Google Sheet for each response received that is then titled the event date with the template I have created for the Reception Team to use.

How do I then get the rest of the data on the response row to feed into the template in the correct assigned cells? (Image of template I want info automated into attached)

Any help would be greatly appreciated - Thank you!

Due to how your GSheet template is configured, you would have to use the GSheets API via one of these advanced actions:

  • Custom Action
  • API Request
