My company uses Salesforce as well as publishing ads in Facebook and Instagram.
We would like to be able to feed Meta with the lead status of leads originated from Meta to improve our custom audience.
For example, if a Meta-generated lead is identified as an unqualified lead for our business, we would like to communicate this information to Meta so it removes the lead and similar audiences from tis custom audience. And vice-versa for a qualified lead, we want to tell Meta this lead is a good one and we want the custom audience to include more people like this qualified lead.!-->
What’s the best way to do that? What are the workflows we could use?
Ideally we don’t want to use another source of data (I read about ‘Lead Score by Zapier’). !-->
