How do I email clients who have made purchases on my website and ask them to review the products they purchased?
I am trying to set up a zap to send an email to clients who have made purchases on the website and ask them to review the products. I am using woocommerce and I have a bunch of products as well as getresponse to send emails. I would like to make sure I only ask them to rate if they have not rated the actual product before. Is this possible?How should I proceed? I am using the WooCommerce default review form.
Getting an error with my Zap when testing stating Bounce: false

Thinkific doesn't move students from one course to the next after finishing a course and causes them to start over.
Hello everyone, I am a new user for Zapier and Thinkific. On Thinkific, I sell a few courses for my students. However, a few of my students expressed their concerns, when they complete a course within a bundle, it does not transition them into the next course. I made some Zaps on Zapier, connecting it to my Thinkific, and the zaps were made according to Thinkific’s article on prerequisite courses:https://support.thinkific.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030374454 I turned these zaps on as well. However, it seems that my students are still encountering the same problem, where when they complete the course, it does not transition them into the next course. Moveover, at the end, it seems that they restart the course after repeating. I am very unaware on how to fix this. Please, can someone help me with some troubleshooting and this predicament? I am new to Zapier, but have been using Trello for a couple of years. I would love the ability to filter Outlook flagged emails to create cards in Trello. I did see other questions/posts about this but they were all at least a year old so I didn’t know if this was a possibility now and I am just not doing something right. Is it possibe to pull event attendees from a different Airtable table?
I have two tables in Airtable: Meetings and Members. I’d like to create a new Google Calendar invite any time a Meeting record is created or edited[*]. I have that (mostly) working.The trouble is, I need the list of attendees to be populated from (a view within) the Members table.There doesn’t seem an easy way to do this, since the Zap seems to want everything to come from the same table (though that table seems to be numbered #1, so I’m hoping I can join Members as #2?I toyed with the idea of using an Automation to populate an Attendees column in every record in the Meetings table, but creating a lookup column of the emails in a multi-reference to Members column was foiled because I could not use that lookup column in the Attendees field in the Zap. It appear that it wants me to enumerate the attendees in the Zap?Is there something obvious (or clever, even) that I’m missing? I don’t really want to have to write a script that builds on these two APIs myself, since I feel like I’m SO CL
Filtering based on Hubspot creator ID?
I currently have two pipelines being used in an inbox on HubSpot and I only want actions to take place if it’s coming from a particular email address. I currently have:Trigger → New Ticket in HubspotAction → Text in Formatter by ZapierAction → Text in Formatter by ZapierAction → Text in Formatter by ZapierAction → Text in Formatter by ZapierAction → Update Ticket in Hubspot I know I need a Action→ Only continue if… between the Trigger and Action but I don’t see any contact ID fields being made available even though I’m retrieving it in the Trigger step. Suggestions on how to proceed?

Complex Zapier process: advice needed
I have a zap that takes data from my CRM and then I puts that data into a spreadsheet that is copied from a master file into a folder ok. Google drive under the customers first then last name.workflow so far looks like this:New client created in crm →Google drive create file “first” “last” →Copy Master file into new folder created above →new form associated with master file copy also moved to customer folder created on step two. here is my problem… I need a way to have a zap that monitors when each new copied form is filled out as an instigator for a whole new zap process. but I don’t know how to do that BECAUSE I can’t use one form as a basis for the new process. It has to be each form that is created respectively. Does that make sense?im praying someone out there can help me work around this.

Zapier pulling yesterday's post from Wordpress
I’ve setup Zaps that triggers based on a Wordpress post being published, and publishes it to social media. Generally the Zap is working, except one problem - it’s always picking up yesterday’s post.Example: Today is Tuesday -- Zapier published Monday’s post this morning. In case this is relevant: when I use the test function in the trigger it brings in 3 posts (as test data) in this order:“Post C” is an unrelated post from last week that is filtered out by a filter in my Zap “Post B” is yesterday’s post “Post A” is today’s postIn testing, even if I select “Post A” the next step is using “Post B”. It’s almost as if the zap is working from “C → A”, rather than always taking the most recent which I would expect to be “A”.Any thoughts?

Access to older trigger data (from Ecwid in this case) for development?
I’m using Zapier for automating a variety of transaction types from the Ecwid Ecommerce service. For each transaction type, I create a ZAP to handle the specific data passed in that type.It is common that I find edge cases in a given transaction type that I need to modify the Zap to handle. Often these cases are trivial to fix and don’t need the original edge case data. But sometimes these involve significant enough changes to what gets passed that it requires me to actually have that data in the zap editor to create the steps needed.The problem is, I don’t know how to get access to older transactions from Ecwid so I can use that data (that has the edge case) when developing these modifications.The Ecwid app seems only able to fetch the last 4 records in its trigger, so if my edge case is farther back than that, I can’t find any way to load it during zap development.You might say I should just recreate these transactions in Ecwid and grab the data immediately. Hello!I am trying to use the standard Eventbrite New Order event into Zapier to build a zap. I am familiar with the option of using webhooks and code etc., however, in the interest of building something quickly for a small budget I decided to use this approach.Now, the requirement list just changed to accommodate a custom order form in Eventbrite, and supporting multiple attendee purchases in the same order. I am trying to see if this is feasible without going down the webhooks+code route.
