I need some help, currently developing my first application. Fairly tech savy, just finding a roadblock for what I am trying to do.overview the app is used for data collection… this form is essentially an alternative for google forms. The information recorded is for sales people when they make a sale to spiff them as well as keep them engaged. My form needs a couple itemsInvoice number (user input)I have 16 items (not all shown) that we sell and will spiff on I would like to either have a drop down that they click on each item they sold or a slider bar toggle. I need an input for the sale price on the right side. in different markets our product is priced differently.I set up a Zapier, I have a zap that works but does not work the way it really needs too.please see this photo. Hello! This is my first post here, and I’d appreciate all help I can get :)I have set up a zap for creating cards in Trello based on a Pipedrive filter. The filter could be a certain stage + other attributes on the Pipedrive card.When a Pipedrive card is moved from Stage A to B, a card is created in Trello. So far so good. But sometimes we move cards back in Pipedrive, from B to A, and then back again to B. When this happens, a Trello card is not created. But I want it to be created, even if it’s a “duplicate”. I haven’t found any settings for this on the zap.Do any of you have any experience of a similar setup and know if there’s a solution to my problem? Thanks!Peter

Hi there,I’m new to Zapier and looking to automate a very tedious process (I work in tech sales)--Current process:Have a list of account names on Google Sheets Copy the account name (per row) Paste into the Salesforce search bar Click the account name that matches Get some data from the account Ex. The Account manager name Account manager email Paste this information back into the Google Sheet row to the corresponding columns Repeat for each row (account)--Current zap: --Current error:The ‘Salesforce set up action’ is not working properly. I’m assuming I’m not inputting the correct fields for:Salesforce Object → Account Field to search by → Account Name Search Value → Account Name (from the google sheet)The error I get is either “error 400” or “no search results found” Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated!
I am trying to upload a csv file to my dropbox. I have used the same account and same folder to upload files in all other zaps. But for this one zap, i have been facing error that says Failed to create a file in Dropbox('Connection aborted.', gaierror(-11))The file is public and when i enter the url in browser, it gets downloaded easily like this :: https://www.acmecorp.com/spec/acme_live_inventory_2021_12_26.csvIf i replace this url with any other csv files , it works. But this one fails .I don’t know how to resolve this issue as i have no idea what is the root of this issue??
Hi,I am trying to trigger an SMS from a specific sender to my Office 365 email. Office 365 email trigger only allows you to set up your whole email inbox. I have that set up. Then I put in a filter to filter only new emails from a specific email sender. Then I have the action of Zapier SMS to send the text.Problem is the filter is not working...the zap triggers on all new emails.The filter is set up like this:
I think Zapier can help me solve a problem, but I'm not sure what the solution would be. I have a WordPress website and I want to lookup a value on a Google Sheet and show it on the WP page. Eg. I have a google sheet with a column for email address and another for promo code. I put a text box on the Shopify website that allows the customer to input an email address. If they input an email address in the Email column of the Google sheet, I want to output the Promo Code from the Google Sheet on the WP page.Does anyone know if this is possible with Zapier?
I am offering two workshops on Zoom on different dates. I am using Gravi ty forms for registrations, with a checkbox field to allow users to choose one workshop or both.The field label is “Select which workshop you wish to attend.” The choices are:Workshop #1 on October 13, 2022Workshop #2 on October 27, 2022People can select both workshops.Using the form submission as a trigger, I want my Zap to create registrants for the selected workshop(s). I have created two action steps: one for each workshop meeting on Zoom.I’m going in circles with the filter step. So my question is: is it possible for one Zap to do this? If so, how? Optional question: If the sample data is using “Workshop #2 on October 27, 2022,” does the filter reject a response of “Workshop #1 on October 13, 2022?”I don’t want to make people register twice if they want to attend both workshops.
I am trying to create a zap that creates a google meets meeting but, whatever time I input into the start date and time creates a meeting for exactly 6 hours later. I am working in London time so the time zone displayed is correct.
Hi there, I am trying to automate the adding of users in our basecamp account to a project generated after submission of an airtable form. The users already have accounts but for some reason aren’t showing up (see attachment below). I have also tried finding the user id in a preliminary step, but when i try to invite via basecamp user id, it still doesnt work. Is there something I am missing here? Or does Basecamp not allow for the automated addition of full users (admin) and collaborators (standard users) to projects. This seems like a basic function that should be accounted for because creating projects and inviting the same people over and over can be tedious. Hope someone can get back to me! Thanks,
Hi, I am gathering instagram handle’s from a googlesheet.Then using that handle to search in a trello board.However some people put the @ sign before their IG handle… like @harriethrose instead of just harriethrose.This causes issues in the zap finding the card in trello if the card doesn’t have an @ but the row in googlesheets does have an @.Is there a way to modify the data on the spreadsheet row + column to remove an @ sign?Thanks

I want to get tweet metrics after a “new tweet trigger” and save them to google sheets.Some of the metrics I’d like to retrieve are impressions, engagements, likes, retweets, replies, profile visits, and new followers (see screen attached from Twitter).However, I haven’t found all of those metrics in Zapier. I have a sales page I created on WordPress using Elementor, which has a Stripe button widget. I entered both my test and live API keys in their Integrations panel, which lets me toggle any given Stripe button into “test mode” so that I can ensure Stripe is seeing my “test” payments—and it does, yay!But I want to make sure those test payments pass their info along to Flodesk, which I use for my email platform—to deliver the purchased product digitally. In Zapier, I can connect to my Stripe account and Flodesk no problem, but when it comes to choosing the right action (New Payment? Checkout is completed?), I get stuck.I originally had New Payment Completed (which seems like the obvious option), except it wants me to “create a new payment in your Stripe account and test your trigger again.” So I tried making it New Checkout Completed instead, and while the “testing” of the trigger worked, nothing actually showed up in Flodesk. I don’t think it was getting the data fed from anywhere.How do
Hi! Can someone please help me.. I have clients pay via Stripe and only once they make a payment I would like them to receive login details. Right now they receive an invoice with login details without payment. In my zaps I have Stripe -Trainerize so not sure if I am missing something. Thanks
So I’m using Stripe to take payment information for a TalentLMS monthly subscription course as well as one time sales. I’m trying to use Zapier between Stripe and TalentLMS. It looks like I have create new user, add user to the course, etc. However, at the point of adding a new user from Stripe, it’s asking for the user’s login and password information. How and where do I collect or pass that information along to Zapier? Thanks.
I am trying to return a date of March 1 of the next year unless today is earlier in the year than March15.So if today is 09/01/2022 then I would return 03/01/2023.If today is 02/01/2023 then I would also return 03/01/2023That means I can’t just increment the year by one year in all cases.I extracted the current month and current year in previous steps, then tried this spreadsheet formula:if(<current month> >= 3, "03/15/" & <current year> + 1, "03/15/" & <current year>)The problem is, the formula blows up when concatenating a string and a number, and there seems to be no function to cast a number to a string (and it won’t do it automatically). And since spreadsheet formulas have no date functions, there seems to be no reasonable way to combine simple logic and date transformations.Questions:Is there some simpler way of approaching this (without code)? I would like to retrieve subscription info from our Shopify shop, who uses Paywhirl as subscription plattform.I tried to set up a GET Webhook by Zapier. However, when I add the token in the field “Basic Auth”, I only get “Unauthorized” I also tried to set an additional header to use tokens...same result: My Question - Any Idea how to bring this GET through? A client had some Zaps that we’re not sending data, but no errors were received. After reviewing, I noted that they had the Keap application in the Zap, and they should have had Keap Max Classic. Once I updated the app to be Keap Max Classic the Zap started working. My question is - since no error messages was received could that data when connected to Keap be somewhere? The client is hoping that the data did not just disappear.
