Hello, currently I created a zap to add a new subscriber in Klaviyo when a new prospect is created in NoCRM.

I have mapped all the fields I need (first-last name, phone, email) but when it comes to test the action (Add subscriber in Klaviyo, I have this error message that says that the email field is not valid

I precise that my idea is not about to use those prospects to add them in a Newsletter while the’ve never expressed consent.

I only to add them in a Klaviyo list and create a workflow that sends to them prospecting business, that’s it

Maybe, is it the issue because Klaviyo is about email marketing ? Thanks for your answers!

Hi @Wallace T.

Good question.

Looks like the data from the Zap trigger is dummy data.

For the mapped variable “Content Invitee Email” the value is “Invitee Email”, which is not a valid email, thus the Zap error.

Help article about how to change the trigger test data: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496310366093

Otherwise, try turning your Zap ON and testing live, then check your Zap Runs to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Hi @Troy Tessalone thanks for the reply!

I think the issue is more about noCRM ‘cause I can’it even change the value in all fields while I’m mapping the properties between noCRM and Klaviyo.

I’ll skip the test and turn on the zap and see what’s going on, maybe it’ll works

@Wallace T.

Some Zap app triggers only return the representative variables and sometimes with dummy data by default, so that the Zap steps can be configured.
