Can I query Salesforce in near real-time for a record update?

im using record updates from SFDC to trigger actions. it currently takes 5-15 minutes for the Zap to be triggered. is there way to trigger it faster, like in real-time after the record update?

Hi @FlorianWeiss_SAP!

The Salesforce integration has one Instant trigger:

 

There’s more information here about New Outbound Message: https://zapier.com/help/doc/tips-and-tricks-salesforce-triggers-and-actions#use-the-new-outbound-message-trigger-with-workflow-rules.

It’s definitely a more complex set up but it’s the only way I can think of to get instant updates.
