Use Looping to find share links in certain Google Drive folders and Send Channel Message with links in Discord
Hello and have a nice evening,I'm looking for a way to iterate through all of the folders in a previously identified folder. I want to make the contents of several folders available as share links on Discord in targeted channels. I have currently achieved the following:The destination folder is determined. There are several weekly folders in the target folder, the newest of which is determined.Here's what I imagined, but couldn't find anything to implement it:A loop that goes through that folder in the previously determined week folder. If there is a document in the folder, the share link for the file should be determined. Check on Discord if a channel with the folder name exists. If this is available, the link should be sent in it. With the name for Discord it must be noted that spaces are replaced by a "-" and all letters are automatically written in lower case. If possible, it should also be possible to define an optional variable for all customers in front of the disco
New Email in Gmail to trigger SMS to list of recipients
We have a restaurant and currently we send daily texts from a cell phone for our lunch and dinner specials to a large list of customers. I wanted to automate this some and use the Send SMS messages from Clickatell for new emails received on Gmail option so we can just send an email that will trigger an event to send a text. I have it all setup but the problem I am having on the Setup an action form, the TO only allows one phone number to be entered. I tried to add additional phone numbers separated with a comma, colon or a space and it’s giving an error.If I use just one phone number it works just fine. Any idea on how I can accomplish this or if there is a different zap I can use with my clickatell account to send our daily specials?Thanks
Is Free plan ok for me or do I need the starter level plan for Zapier
I will attach a screen shot of my Zapier account. I just have some webinars I do and have my contacts moved from the webinar service to my Active Campaign Master List. Am I ok with the Free account? In the new series of my programs, I will have 4 webinars in a week to do and again move these contact that sign up for the webinars over to my Active Campaign account via Zapier. Slack - Pushed Message To Zapier still showing disabled zaps
I created a zap at one point that used the trigger “Pushed message from Slack”. I have since re-done that zap and done what I needed another way, the trigger is no longer a pushed message from Slack however that zap is still showing up in my “Zap to trigger” options within Slack. I have tried turning on and off the zap as well as completely closing and reopening Slack but the zap continues to show up even though it no longer utilizes the “pushed message” trigger. The attached photo is from Slack and shows the zaps I have to choose from to push a message to….the top one “Slack to Asana FCA Social Media Photos” is not set up to receive pushed messages and should therefore not even be showing up but for some reason I can’t get it to go away (I really don’t want to delete it and rebuild it). The zap itself works totally fine the way I want it to but it just seems this old part is stuck in Slack. Thanks for any help

Hello!I am trying to find a way to automatize the following process and I would love to get some ideas:clean an excel file containing data remove unnecessary columns clean-up text in a specific column (I usually do this using text-to-column and using “(“ and “:” as a delimited to keep the text I need; check data in columns A and B of the excel file with data contained in a master list (which could be another excel file or any other solution - for example an online SQL database); remove from columns A and B any data that is already available in the master list; combine data from columns A and B together; split the content of these columns in blocks of 100 cells each.Ideally I would love to create Amazon Ads with one ad per each 100 cells (keywords), but I don’t think that Zapier syncs with Amazon Ads.Thanks a lot!!
How to filter replies to a Slack thread based on contents of the original message thread?
I’m trying to create a zap that automatically responds an out of office message to tickets that belong to me and are further commented on while I’m gone. I’m using Halp which is slack integrated. The slack integration structure is:Message in channel w/ basic info including who the ticket is assigned to All subsequent discussion/comments regarding that ticket are made as replies in that threadSo basically what I want is:When new messages are posted to the channel Check that the ticket is assigned to me (Which can be found in the original thread) Respond with Out of Office messageThe only issue is that when threaded responses are created and then filtered, there’s obviously no data within that response detailing who’s assigned to the ticket. That can only be found in the parent/original thread.I’m thinking it would be something like searching slack for the original message via something like the thread timestamp but that’s obviously not something Slack supports so I’m not sure how I woul

Schedule Zoom for someone else
My client wants to use Zapier to schedule Zoom meetings for the team, under each of their user accounts. I know Zoom will let you give scheduling privileges for someone to schedule as you, but it seems like Zapier will only create the meeting for the Zoom account as a whole. Is there any way to do this with Zapier, via webhooks or anything even?

Hello, I need to create a zap where: Order is imported to Shipstation from a selling channel. The order data exports to Google sheets - The issue is in this part. When an order has multiple SKUs such as the example below: Mod Note: Image edited to obscure personally identifiable information. Hi,I'm looking for a webinar platform integration which would enable me to create one Zap, and be zapped when a webinar registration occurs (for all current and future webinars).Besides GoToWebinar (which we no longer want to use), all other webinar platforms I tested (WebinarGeek, Demio, WebinarJam) need a zap per webinar. Data validation is deleted from Google sheet when new row created from Typeform
A new row is created with the responses of my Typeform, so far so good. However, I have a data validation in a column that is not being filled automatically and it keeps disappearing when the row is created. Is there any way I can keep the data validation in that specific column cell when creating a row from the form responses?

Send Monthly Email with Google Sheet from Gmail
So I have a google form that my managers input attendance events (call outs, tardiness) onto that then totals up all of the events (and the corresponding point value) for the employees on another sheet. I want to create a zap that will send out an email to all of the employees each month with the current point total. I have tried using scheduler > google sheets > gmail but I am having a hard time figuring it out. I know that I could do this without a zap, but I would rather make it automatic so I don’t have to remember to send the emails. TIA

Problem updating an existing Salesforce record
I have landing pages built in Leadpages for these purposes:Retrieving a lead magnet, and the form only asks for first name, last name and email. Zapier creates a Salesforce lead without a problem. I’m the owner of this record. Requesting a demo. The form asks for first, last, email, title, company and phone number. Zapier creates a Salesforce lead without a problem. How to change a "," into a ";"?
Hello, I currently extract invoices from Quickbooks using Zapier and Zap them into a CRM system called Freshworks. Quickbooks products within the invoices are passed in a single line separated by "," (Example: Product A, Product B). The CRM systems needs the products separated by ";"(Example: Product A; Product B). Any idea how I do this?
Create a new user/subscriber in ManyChat
@thehousemanager Just came across your post after spending the day trying to pass contact information from a CRM (Real Geeks) to create a user in ManyChat to whom I could send a chat sequence. Zapier as a notation in their create-a-zap process that notes “A Subscriber can’t be created in ManyChat”. Not a good indication of potential success for my efforts!… Have you come up with a work-around? I tried using Google Sheets as an interim stop on the way to ManyChat but no success there. Trigger: Parser - New Email Action: Gmail - Send Email @Troy Tessalone Tr I have a similar issue to @egreene16026 (this post), but probably simpler.I’d like an email received in Gmail be forwarded to several recipients without:showing my email address and recipients can’t see each other’s email addresses.I tried Mail Parser to a test account and It did not have the header info as I removed it in the template. That part worked as intented. But the email was sent in Plain gibberish, even though I chose HTML in the Zap.Perhaps there is an easier way to do this (maybe even without zapier)?
