Need help troubleshooting why Leadconnector in “Apps” will return “no matching connections” - when in fact we have around 1000+ zaps connection

Reason this is an issue because we hit the 2000+ limit for adding zap accounts and we want to delete old zap accounts to give room for NEW zap API keys/accounts. We were able to do this before, we can see the zap connections, BUT NOW, the leadconnector app is no longer showing any matching connections.

Check the Custom Integrations section: https://zapier.com/app/connections?type=private

There is a newer version of the LeadConnector app.

 


hey Troy, thank you .. BUT isn’t it weird why all connected accounts have 0 zaps in them? Something’s not right

We would need more context to understand how your Zapier account is using/connected to Zapier.

You can delete LeadConnector connection that are not being used.
