Hi everyone. I'm not a great zapier expert but fortunately up until now, and also thanks to your advice, I've managed to use all the zaps that are useful to me.
Today I need some help to understand how to do this zap:
1. trigger new line on excel file
2. formatter by zapier to use lookup table to match the data to an ID code that the clickup program will identify and associate with the right product.
3. creation of a new task on clickup
The problem I encounter is in step 2 (formatter): I insert the Lookup Key (sheet column within which there are multiple values separated by commas) and then I insert the values it must find in the cell and return them with a code (that code that will be recognized by clickup).

At this point when I do the test the output is empty.

I ask you if you can give me an idea or if I'm even getting the approach wrong.
thanks to everyone who wants to help me!

Hi @Luke29

Good question.

The Lookup Table does an exact match search.

The Lookup Table can accept line items.

You would need to first convert your value from a string to line items.

Try using this Zap action: Formatter > Utilities > Text to Line Items
