Hi — I previously used to create zaps between Hubspot and Zapier for form submissions.

In this process I used to be able to skip the test trigger, which provided me with test fields for the Zap (see attached screenshot). Now I am unable to skip the trigger where it forces me to test, which means the Zap now focuses on one contact (e.g. Sam Smith) from the list in Hubspot and limits this to the form submission (instead of the 70 which should be automated.

Any idea on how the ability to skip tests? And where has that button gone?

Hi @Golfer67

Can you please clarify your question?

What do you mean by the “70”?

Please provide more screenshots to provide context about how your Zap steps are configured.

Hi Troy,

So when I mean the 70, I mean when I run the automation, it only affects 1 contact in HubSpot, where it should automate the form submission for 70 people in line with the list stored there.

Please see some screenshots of the configuration attached — previously I could skip the test trigger, which resulted in have fields which were names firstname_test, however now it zooms in on one specific contact which I have blocked out for privacy purposes.

Let me know what you think and if you can help?

Best

Phil

@Golfer67

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.

Most Zap triggers/actions work on a per record basis.

The Zap triggers when there is a new Contact in the designated HubSpot List.
