I’m trying to connect Monday CRM and MailChimp so I can automatically add email to a Tag. I checked everything and it looks correct. But the Zap “stopped” due to an error. This is what it says.

We would need to see detailed screenshots with how your Mailchimp Zap step is configured in the Zap Edit mode.

I think I figured it out. I selected “Add Subscriber to Tag” but the contact was not a subscriber. So I changed it to “Add/Update Subscriber”

Nice observation! 😊 Just a heads up, before using the “Add Subscriber to Tag” action, make sure the subscriber is already in Mailchimp. Adding the “Add/Update Subscriber” action before the “Add Subscriber to Tag” should do the trick.
