Hey, y’all!I’m looking to set up two zaps if a Calendly Event is Canceled (I don’t have Paths enabled on my account, so note that I have to do it as two separate zaps and not as one if/or situation):48 or more hours before the event is set to take place, Or, within 48 hours of when the event is set to take place.Here’s what I have so far: Trigger: Invitee Canceled in CalendlyFilter (only continue if): Event Canceled > (Date/time) Before > Event Start Time Problem is, that would only trigger as long as the user canceled anytime before the event happens. But I want:Zap 1 to only trigger IF they canceled 48 hours or more in advance of that. And Zap 2 to only trigger IF the canceled within 48 hours of when the event is set to take place.What can I do to filter for “within a certain range,” for both instances? Is there some sort of short code, like “- 48hrs” or something I can add to the “Enter or select value” field, where I currently have “Event Start Time”?
Hello everyone!I’m a developer, but I’m new to zapier, so I’m just trying to find out if what I’m trying to do is possible. I have a zap that works like this:whenever a zaho form is created it will also be copied to quickbooks, and what I’m trying to do is sending an attachment to quickbooks with that zaho form.I have checked quickbooks API and I have been able to upload an attachment to a certain invoice in quickbooks, and now I want to add that to be automated on my zap.so my question is simply is that possible? and as using quickbooks API will need to upload the attachment from my local machine, will that be an issue?
Hi Expert, i have a zap connect google sheet and quickbooks. by using the information from google sheet row and create product/service in quickbooks And i use the action “Get Many Spreadsheet Rows (Advanced, With Line Item Support)”, and the output with test and view is good for me however, when i try to create the product in quickbooks, i cant not find the by column value but just return the “rows” with a long strings, like below, make i know how to create the item itemizer by row??thanks!!
I am wanting to setup a zap to send me a sms notification when I get a new message on a Discord server...when I try to setup a new zap to do this it only shows me one friends discord server...it does not show the Discord server I want to add...is there something I need to do in Discord to get it to show up in Zapier?
Manychat is the only texting app I can find that is doing what I need. I want to send a text with a 5 question Customer Feedback Survey after we finish a job. The trigger would be when a job is complete in Jobber. I cannot figure out how to add a subscriber info into Manychat. I want to add the client’s information for the text when we finish their job. I figured the only way to do this is Webhooks but I just simply cannot figure out how to do this.
Hi, I have connected to Zapier to a service (We-Connect) using both a Zapier generated webhook and, more recently, the service’s API and native app for Zapier. Over the last couple of weeks I have seen a degredation in performance having, in some cases, to wait more than 24 hours for the Zap to trigger/run.My feeling is that the issue lies outside of Zapier but I need to evidence thisto try and resolve the issue andto placate my Clients!Can you point me in the direction of any data that I may be able to access to help me get to the bottom of this issue?Please find attached screen grabs showing examples of:the delay in the trigger element of one zap andnumerous zaps being processed at once Thank you in advance for your help.
Hi All! My organization uses SmartSheet to track projects and collaborate. What we want to do is use Box as a document recepticle so that we can stop relying so heavily on email. What this means is that we want updates in SmartSheet to be reflected in Box, and viceversa. Ideally it would look like the following actions and triggers: Rows Added to SmartSheet → Folder created in Box. This is a Zapier that I was able to successfully create. Where I’m running into problems is the below: Files added to row in SmartSheet → Files added to folder in Box with the same nameThe reason we don’t want to link through Box directly is because we’re dealing with hundreds of files for dozens of organizations daily, and the Box integration through SmartSheet requires you to go down the folder path to choose the folder you want. We’re hoping this Zap will be able to auto-add files to the appropriate folders since we don't really reference the folders at present, but for documentation sake would be good
Hi Everyone, I recently had my Zapier account using a google login hacked where all my zaps and my credit card details were transferred to a different gmail we’ve never heard of. I contacted support and all they said was they can’t help because I’m contacting them from a non-account holding email even though we have months of email correspondence. We were an account holding email until the hack which happened in December. Can anyone give any ideas of what we should do? We don’t want to have to start from scratch. I am also concerned if any other people in the community get their account hacked and lose all their work.
I don’t have a normal connection between Trello and Google Tasks.I want to receive a new task in GT when they (or I) add me to the card in the Trello.Zapier offers trigger event as “New Member on Card”, but I don’t have a result (new task is not added to GT). maybe it's a time delay, but I waited about an hour.There is still one option: Trigger Event - “New Activity” → Activity - “Member added to card”. It’s working, but I get a new task (in GT) when ANY member added to card.I hope you'll give me a hand

I'm trying to connect my Facebook forms with Zoho CRM, but I've a few problems: 1. Unable to create lead Zapier registers all the leads that we get through Facebook. Nonetheless, it doesn't send them correctly to the CRM because it says that tere is duplicate data (I think it might mean that we already have this lead). However, we don't mind if we already had this lead as long as it's registered to our CRM. How can we solve it? 2. Action Event When I choose which event we want to register to Zoho, I can't find the option ''create a lead'' (even if I try to write it into the searcher). What should we do in order to create a lead? A lot of thanks!Junjie

Is there a way to build one Zap that post to ALL of those?Also, I have 2 Facebook accounts, 2 Twitter, etc. Can I use on Zap to post to 2 different FB accounts, etc?Thanks for any input as I’m new to this.
I’m currently using Halp at the moment to manage support tickets. Once tickets are created, they’re sent to a private channel with some info about their inquiry with several fields in a form they must answer. The bot then creates a thread under the message sent into the channel that I respond to. Unfortunately, the request info in the form the user submits is not accessible to the submitter after submission. I as an agent however, can see it just fine. We are using SimplyBook for our online booking platform and would like to create a zap to transfer client records into forms (which we want to create) which our staff will use as part of the service. I am having a problem getting the Monday.com boards to populate. I have connected Acuity scheduling to Moday.com and used my API key. But only one column is populating when a new item is created from the trigger. I have paired the Monday column values with the Acuity information I want to populate. Any suggestions on how I might fix this issue?Set up action for Monday.com new item
Has anyone else struggled with Zapier and clickfunnels? I’ve sent up two different Zaps for two different funnels and one of the Zaps has been extracted data from the other funnel even though it hadn’t be set up to that funnel. I need to auto create new products in Shopify from a Data export in Google Sheets.It’s working up to the point of stock Quantity.The issue is there is no where to stipulate Tracked Inventory in creating a product and so I am unable to set the Quantity of the new product until the product is marked as so.Should I use a WEB HOOK API in between creating a product and setting inventory or is there a simpler way to do it?
