Hello We are moving from using Trello to “Tasks by Planner and To Do” (A Microsoft Teams app). I can not find a way to create tasks with Zapier in Tasks by Planner and To Do, have I overlooked it? How do I set up a card in trello to post to instagram. Everything I see is only allowing me to send instagram post to trello but I want to do it the other way around. Also when i try to login into my Instagram for Business it is asking me to log in to facebook instead of instagram. Please advise

Hey all, we have following scenario:We have clients where we receive x% fee on every deal they make. Now we want to automate the billing and invoicing process. That means the following scenario:Deal A for $ 1000 is closed. Now we receive some details and the amount of $ 1000 via a form. This form is transferred via Zapier to a payment provider. We want to add the x% fee of $ 1000 to a monthly invoice which is paid automatically via credit card, paypal, money transfer etc. How could we realize this idea with zapier? Hello guys, I’m almost done developing my app integration, I have encountered this error during testing my contacts trigger that creates new contact on google contacts. I have mapped few extra fields to custom fields of google action, especially contactId field which i intent to use for search and update action for further case. I tried deleting this contactId but had no success, error persists.Message is : Must specify a non-metadata contact field on the person.
Hello! I recently registered to beeperhq.com and found that after signing up with just my email I was sent to a longer form in Airtable with the form already prefilled with my email. How can I replicate that in Webflow and airtable using Zapier. I am trying to simply add three employees automatically to every single event that gets created or updated. We have a generic google calendar for our podcast guests to schedule their podcast episode. We want to automatically have that event invite our personal calendars. I feel like this should be very simple, but it has taken me 4 hours of searching and researching to no avail. Anyone have any ideas?
Hello all, I’m trying to send Jira service desk tickets to zohodesk via zapier and i have some troubles with the “contact Id” fields on zohodesk side. For every tests i do i get this error message “ The app returned "The data is invalid due to validation restrictions".According to support zapier this message concern the “contact id” field. I have tried to submit my zohodesk ID ==> FailedI have tried to submit my email address ==> FailedI have tried to submit my name and surname in plain text ==> Failed Is anyone has an idea to help me please ? This may be a silly question, but I want to be certain… I’m about to perform thousands of events that my Zap would normally trigger on if it were on, however I want to ensure it will NOT trigger on them as I am manually doing it. So I plan to turn off the zap before I perform the slurry of activities, and then back on well after they are complete. My question is: Will my Zap somehow go back in time and “find” the triggering events that happened during the period it was turned off, and then process them? That would be a nightmare for me and I want to ensure it doesn’t happen. Thanks!
I am having trouble connecting Zapier to our jira instance because when it asks for login information it tells me that my credentials are incorrect, but I think this is because we go through google to log into JIRA? Can someone help me figure out how to connect Zapier to my JIRA while using my Google login? :)
Hello, I have looked at a few search results and ultimately found that it can in fact be done. I keep running into the issue when I select Google Forms as the Trigger it only reads Google Docs and I can’t select the correct form that I need to complete this. Any ideas on this? Is it a glitch or bug?
Hi - we are using the Shopify Premium Plugin which nicely triggeres the Zap and we are able to get all order data. Almost all. One field is missing, which is unfortunately very important. On checking out in Shopify, which “local delivery” enabled, the user (customer who buys stuff) may select “delivery” and then he gets a textfield to enter “delivery information” - e.g. “please use 3rd door to the left”. We need this field for our delivery service, but its not transmitted by the Shopify-Zap - the whole field is missing. The Shopify plugin in developed by Zapier; and I did not find it on GitHub - would be great if they open-sources stuff like that. Can anyone tell me how we can solve that problem?Please help, Thanks a lot
Is there any integration that can help us to send an automatic email (gmail) if the receiver doesnt reply in a week to our previous email? The reason is that, sometimes, our customers that asked for an estimate, after receivng it, don’t even reply. So we are wondering if there is any way to remind them that we are still here. Sent invoices are automatically tagged as “sent estimates”. Thanks
