Hello, I am trying to create a Zap that will allow me to automatically send an email out (via Outlook) to a client that has a link in the body of the email. That link will be copied/pasted into a task comment or description and will be unique to that task each time. Basically, I’m trying to work around having to compose a new email every time we add this link within the task. (note: we are a social media management agency and the link I’m sharing are upcoming post preview links) Thanks for any help or alternative suggestions you can provide!

I currently have a Custom App built to create an API connection with our property management system, Track Software, and Salesforce. I am looking to create a transfer from an Excel Spreadsheet into Track. Can anyone help me with this, or at least give me a few pointers on how to get Track added as an App for Zaps/Transfers. The person who created the Custom App (For TRACK) no longer works with Zapier, so I do not have access to the custom app. Thanks for any info.
Hello,Does anyone have a good zap that would take the data that I have in facebook and put it into a format that I could use to present to clients for approval. For example I input the creatives and campaign settings, put it on pause and then in some way present it to the clients (could be data studio, slides, etc). Thank you!Adam
Hi, I have rows in a Google Worksheet being created and populated from a webform. One of the columns populates as a number, i.e. 3 or 6 for example. I need the numeric value for another Zapier friendly app to utilize. For my Zap workflow however I want to populate a custom field in a 3rd party Zapier friendly app. Not as a numeric value but a text field where say 3 = Bronze and 6 = Gold. I was looking for a router function where IF cell = 3 then Bronze and IF cell = 6 then Gold. I would then grab the output value and populate the field in the 3rd part app further down the workflow with a text field. Any ideas?
Hi, I’m creating a flow on zapier which runs: FB Leads Ads → Add Item to Podio (sales) → Add to ConstanContac (marketing) → Add to Hubspot (custom audiences) → Send RingCentral SMS → Zapier Delay (3 mins) → RingCentral RingOut Call (In here i would like to know if the customer answer the call or Not, then i can create a follow up with a delay with another call 30 mins later from the “Queue” which has 5 reps attatched to it - so it rings to everybody) what im doing is sending a follow up SMS within the same ZAP (from a marketing extension) 24 hours later to confirm if the call succeed.) I understand that the sales rep should be doing this kind of taskers, (Call 5 mis later if the answer wasnt connected) but somethimes this does not happen due to busy , forgot to follow up, lazyness, who knows. And We want to automate the whole process, off course.this task is “Turned On/Off” by another ZAP during business hours, (Turn ON at 8:00, Turn OFF at 17:00)(by the way I would to also receiv
I want to add comma separated data from webhook to separate columns in Google sheet.The value sent from Typeform is, for example: “FULL BODY, HOUSE, 1,” To do this, I first split the comma-separated data into lines with text to line-item. And the output looks fine: Then, when I want to add the output to separate fields in the Google sheet, it still appears separated by commas. How can I solve this?
I am using Zapier to send CSAT surveys based on closed cases, but I can no longer pull the Case Owner into the Zap from Salesforce, I can only get the alphanumeric OwnerID. I found this post from 2020: but it no longer works, because the “User” object is no longer available in the Salesforce Object drop down in the ‘Find Record’ action. Is there another way to go about this?

We market our jobs to prospects like a sales cycle basically. Emails, text messages with MMS would be nice, but if living the dream not capable then SSM.We want to use Dux-Soup to push data from LinkedIn Recruiter to Pipedrive CRM or any Zapier product that will automate our mass multiple emails & text multiple phone number in mass. Minimum we get 2 emails, 2 numbers. We were using Swordfish as well it’s a Zapier connection too, its produces’ 3-4 phone numbers and 3 emails – if a platform can manage it, we would like to keep using it. If I have to cut it loose, willing to do such.Data merging, if we pull in folks from Linkedin that are a 1st connection, Dux-Soup will push over contact data on profile, then we will have multiple contact data to merge into profiles.I have been advised by many
My marketing agency has started using Teamwork for project management. I do not like its timekeeping system, though, and would like to go back to using Harvest.I understand Harvest and Teamwork can connect through Zapier.I’ve run into an issue though, creating a Zap myself:I can set up a Zap to pull Harvest time onto ONE specific project, but I need it to map across multiple projects. (For example, if I bill time to Client A, Client B, and Client C, I need it to map to those respective Teamwork projects.) I will need to repeat this process for six to eight people, and 30 clients.Many thanks for any insights and assistance!
I have a “New Paid Order in Shopify” trigger and want to create new rows in google spreadsheets based on the vendor. I want each vendor to have its own sheet so I’m duplicating the zap per vendor. The issue I’m having is when the vendor filter is set to “only continue if…. Vendor contains “Vendor A” the filter found it but the order has 3 different vendors so it inserts all 3 vendors instead of just the 1 vendor.Question:is there a way to fix this filter? Perhaps there is a better way of finding vendors and creating rows in google sheets per vendor in its own sheet? I’m on a startup package of zapier.
Hi!Last week I've done a customer survey and set up a Zap between Jotform and Klaviyo. Everything worked fine and I ended the survey. During data analysis I saw that I forgot to add some fields to my Zap. Now I've set up a new Zap with all the correct fields. I've ran the Zap again, and everything seems to work fine, but it doesn't update the profiles in Klaviyo. Last time it took 15 minutes to update. Now its been a few hours and still no updates. Anyone who knows how to fix this?
Thanks in advance for sharing the wisdom. I have a lovely zap that uses a person’s name, email and cell to generate a customlink to book an appoitnment in OnceHub. Due to OnceHub’s update, the link can no longer include normal phone number data, but instead just needs to be a string of digits. Fine.I created a Value field in Airtable that extracts that number. But now I need to update about 18,000 links for records where such a link is already created. I wrote a zap that will generate an updated link (LINK2 we’ll call it), in a view with a checkbox checked off. Now I have a manual way of checking off a box, which populates a view and triggers a zap that creates LINK2. That said, I wonder if there is an easier way than clicking on 18,000 checkboxes.
Had anyone seen this issue and have a fix or work around. I have 8 zaps that get this error. It worked fine for almost a year then developed this issue. It seems to pop up when the zap runs multiple times in a row. The first instance works but anything after that is stopped with this error. Zapier says it is a known issue but does not have a fix or work around or an ETA when they can even look at it.
Hi Everyone!I have been seeing formatter throwing “Disallowed selected_api” error throughout the day. I tested using different platforms and a remote connection, all throwing the same error. Other zap building functionalities seem to be working fine, it’s just when trying to add formatter it is throwing the error.
When I try click ‘login’ to connect my twitter account to Zapier, the pop up authentication window shows a page that says ‘Nothing to see here’. Not sure why this is happening and how to get this to work. The page that is loading in the pop up is a api.twitter.com/oauth page. Please asssits.
Hi everyone,I need to trigger a Zap when MailChimp sends an e-mail to a contact in an audience. My MailChimp campaign is super simple; on-going type of campaign which fires once a week. When it does fire it sends an e-mail to each contact from an audience. I need my Zap to fire for each e-mail sent. I can’t find that as an available trigger in the existing Zapier App integration with MailChimp.Anyone has an idea or suggestion for me how to go around solving this? Oh the reason I need the Zap to fire for each e-mail is so that the record of the person is notated in our CRM via an API call (that’s the easy part; I just need the Zap triggered)ThanksBoyan
