I receive a lot of mails from a certain sender that I need to confirm I have received by opening link in the message. Can this be automated with Zapier? I just need to click the link and wait a few seconds so the click gets registered.

I do have a Google for Business (or whatever it is called today) account available (the account I receive the mails on is a regular free Gmail account), if that makes any difference.

Thank you

Hi @dbo

Good question.

If you are trying to do email tracking (sends, opens, clicks), then you will need to use a different email app.

Example: Mailgun - New Open/Click Event

No, it is the other way around. Someone else is tracking me and I need to confirm that by opening a link in an e-mail sent to me.

@dbo

Ah.

You can try this…

Action: Formatter > Text > Extract URL

Action: Webhook - GET (put the link in the URL field and leave everything else as is)
