Zaps completely unresponsive - any ideas?

Hi there. I have created three zaps - 'testt', 'eposnow...' & 'new team member..' - none of which trigger. Two triggers are based on rows being added to a spreadsheet/table (I’ve tried both), the third a new product in Eposnow. They all test PERFECTLY, but do not work once published. I have tested the zaps, connections etc, republished them, but none trigger.PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP? For reference I have a free account, and have used 0/100 tasks and 3/5 zaps this month. I am also a big Power Automate user and have used Zapier in the past without issue. Thank in advance for any advice. Hoping someone can help : )

Responses from HoneyBooks form not populating to use in Triggers. (specifically Google Docs)

I have a Honeybooks Lead form collecting basic information like Full name, phone number, email, website, etc. and Zapier will pull that data up, but for any of the questions that are ‘short text’ or ‘long text’ answers wont show up.I am trying to get the data to auto-populate a Google Doc for new coaching clients. I have added the {{ }} throughout my document, but still I don’t see the answers. I even just tried making it send a basic email but the answers are not there.I have even adjusted my form to all be in the same block for all the answers and all on the front page VS a questionnaire page. I’ve also made sure it’s on a business google account and re-linked everything with multiple tests.I’m at a loss, but if this isn’t possible I’d love to know so I don’t keep trying things.

Single-step zap ran 3 times for one action - not sure why

Hello,We have a single-step zap set up so that when we update a client profile in one database, it updates that client profile in a second database.  We noticed that for a couple of client profiles, one update created 3 different zap runs (and was also counted as 3 separate tasks as a result).  We can’t figure out why this zap ran 3 times for a single update, and also how to stop this from happening.  We have exceeded our usage for this month because of all these extra zaps and don’t want this to happen again.  Please help!  Here is a screenshot of the zap configuration:

Zapier not working with Instantly and Gmail: Duplicates, triggers not working, negative responses

Hello All, I am new and these are my first Zaps, any help would be great. When a positive event happens in Instantly, I want to automatically update or create a Contact, Company, & Deal in HubSpot. I would also like to be able to create a task assigned to a sales rep with the previous associations. Additionally, I would like to do the same process with positive responses received in Gmail. I would like to be able to use the domain from the received email and pull all the associated info from Instantly and then create the HubSpot Contact, Company, and Deal.  Because the sending accounts in Instantly are the same as the Gmail accounts, I am running into issues of creating duplicates, the triggers not working at all, or the Gmail zap is also pulling in negative responses such as “Unsubscribe”. What is the best way to structure this Zap or Zaps?

Zap error when Salesforce Opportunity ID is not found in Monday

Currently, I have two Zaps:One that sends Opportunity data from Salesforce to a Monday board A second that updates fields in Monday when a change happens to the Salesforce Opportunity. Right now, the second Zap throws an error if it can not find the matching Salesforce Opportunity ID in Monday. How do I set up this second Zap so that it doesn’t throw an error if it can’t find the corresponding Salesforce Opp ID in Monday. We don’t have all of our SF Opportunities loaded into Monday yet and I don’t want our IT team to get blasted with error messages.  Here is a screenshot for how this second zap is set up:  Thanks!

When will ClickFunnels 2.0 integration will be available?

Has Zapier enabled integration with ClickFunnels 2.0 yet? I know Zapier can integrate with ClickFunnels Classic but the problem is that you can only create new funnels on 2.0 so the integration is kinda useless right now. Can somebody tell me if the new integration is on their plans or not, or if should I start searching for a new integration tool besides Zapier? Thank you very much.

Zapier Not Displaying All Fields From PandaDoc Template

I am trying to set up a zap to take information from Moday.com and populate it into a PandaDoc contract. However, it is not showing all of the fields in my template. (It is giving me a pricing table, which is not something my template has.) The fields in question are both text fields and Zapier is interacting fine with other text fields in the same template. Is there some setting Panda that I don’t know about that I need to change? As far as I can tell, the fields are the same as all the others in Panda other than their Field IDs, which I edited for my own ease of understanding. Any ideas?

Gmail Error: "need at least one to, cc, or bcc address"

I am using a Google form I am searching for clients and I have create a zap on zapier for an automated response doing these for Patreon subscribers as well but I tested it now and I'm noticing that I'm getting an error. The error says that to send a message it needs at least one to, cc or bcc address? I'm selecting for the address to be automatically filled from the response form I believe but why do I have to do it for each of these? to, cc, bcc as subjects or what am i missing ?

Zap is not recognizing "Cleaned'" status in Mailchimp to update Airtable.

Hi, I’m trying to create a Zap that will update my contact database (Airtable) whenever an email address gets marked “cleaned” by Mailchimp. I’ve set up a segment in Mailchimp that will put any contacts with a “cleaned” status into it, and in Zapier I created the following: Mailchimp New Subscriber in Segment or Tag in Mailchimp Set the correct account, audience, and segment However, once I get to test, I’m not getting any records showing up. I suspected this was because the task is for “New Subscriber” (status “subscribed”) and records with “cleaned” status are being ignored. I moved in a “subscribed” contact into this segment and Zapier did recognize it as a viable test record, which supports my hunch. My issue is now I have no way to update my Airtable to properly show which contacts are cleaned/bounced. Zapier has an event for New Unsubscribers, so I would hope I could create one similar for New Cleaned contacts, so my contact database is up to date across the board. Does anyone ha

Google Sheets to PhantomBuster Zap isn't triggering and can't scrape Facebook profile URLs for emails.

I’m trying to make a flow where whenever I update rows in a google sheet, a phantom in phantombuster will start. However, when I put information into the google sheet, the phantom doesn’t start. I’m not entirely sure if this is a problem within phantombuster, or zapier. I have gone over my zapier flow 10 times, and everything seems like it should be working. It is also possible that I am not understanding exactly what is supposed to trigger the google sheets automation. Below is the information that is being inputted into the google sheet.The purpose of the phantom is to take the facebook profile URLs that are in the “facebook” column, and scrape them for emails. However, when I put this information onto a blank google sheet, the zapier flow doesn’t trigger. Any suggestions?

Zap isn't uploading the PandaDoc template to Google Drive, getting blank Google Doc instead.

My Zap creates a Doc in Panda Doc from a template (all working fine)… My Doc is showing up in panda as a draft, and then im running a pandaDoc find Doc step and its successfully finding my newly made doc… The next thing I’m trying to do is a Upload File in Google Drive step… all that I’m getting in my team drive is a blank google doc that just has the File name on it… Is there any way to get the actual template from pandadoc transferred? Error connecting to Notion; gone after rerun

I run into this error everytime a zap runs connecting to Notion:Error text:We ran into an unexpected error: <!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <meta charset="utf-8"> <title>Notion</title> <style type="text/css">*{box-sizing:border-box}html{margin:0;padding:0}body{-webkit-font-smoothing:auto;align-items:center;background: Then when I rerun the ZAP, it corrects and there is no problem anymore. I don't want to keep doing reruns… any idea what could be the problem?

Failed to create a prompt in OpenAI: “([insufficient_quota] You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.”

I am creating a zap and whenever i test the gpt prompt it says this problem:“[insufficient_quota] You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.”I was on the free trial which is supposed to mimic the “professional plan” but still was showing this, I upgraded my account because I figured that would fix it, and yet it still shows this same prompt. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Trouble extracting invoice number from email subject line in Harvest to QuickBooks Online Zap.

Hi there! I am trying to create a zap that takes email notifications from harvest saying that a certain invoice number did not copy to QuickBooks and then uses the number from the subject line to look up that invoice in harvest. It would then send a PDF of that invoice to our bookkeeper who will update it. I can't seem to make the stop work where the number is extracted from the subject line. Does anyone have any advice?Email subject is “Sorry, Invoice 5488 failed to copy to QuickBooks”

Trello to Google Drive Zap isn't attaching folder links to the card.

Hello, i am trying to set up a Zap between Trello and Google Drive. I think I am either missing a step, have improper card name in step 4 or have the wrong URL attachment selected on step 5.  The Zap should create a folder in google drive using the Trello ID short (currently working), then find that folder in Google Drive, and attached a link to the folder on that particular card. Maybe this should be split into separate Zaps? The google drive folders are working fine, but the link is not attaching to the card.  I believe the issue might be with step 4, locating the card, the card name is “required” for this step and I don’t know if the way i have shown in step 4 will work, even though the fields match how cards are created in the board in the first place.  Maybe there’s a different approach?STEP 4STEP 5

Access Denied to create file in salesforce

I am linking a form from ConvertCalculator to Salesforce using Zapier. In the form, users are asked to upload files, which I need to have attached to the object the Zap creates (A Case object in salesforce).  When I test this step, I am able to set up the zap correctly, but found this error. Can someone advise on why this may be? I presume it might be the salesforce side - is there a way to grant this access that anyone else has found? Thanks in advance!

Zoho Projects authorization isn't working after adding the portal name.

HI I am trying to configure Zapier to send a slack message when  : A new task is created in Zoho Projects. While creating an authorisaton in zapier, it is asking for the Zoho projects Portal name and I am adding it, but after that there is no response and it still says that zoho projects in not authorised. Will be thankful for any help possible please :)
