I am new and these are my first Zaps, any help would be great.
When a positive event happens in Instantly, I want to automatically update or create a Contact, Company, & Deal in HubSpot. I would also like to be able to create a task assigned to a sales rep with the previous associations.
Additionally, I would like to do the same process with positive responses received in Gmail. I would like to be able to use the domain from the received email and pull all the associated info from Instantly and then create the HubSpot Contact, Company, and Deal. Because the sending accounts in Instantly are the same as the Gmail accounts, I am running into issues of creating duplicates, the triggers not working at all, or the Gmail zap is also pulling in negative responses such as “Unsubscribe”.
What is the best way to structure this Zap or Zaps?
