Zapier tables not finding the correct line

I’m trying to do a search of line items in my table, when a new booking is created , then look for a previous booking that matches either the same start, or end time (therefore flagging it as a back to back booking)For example, if there is Booking A 9:30pm to 10pm, and another Booking B at 10:30 - 11PM EST. Then suddenly a new booking C is created in between these 2 time slots of 10:00 - 10:30 EST. My trigger is when a new booking (booking C) is recorded on the table, Thensearch for record (output at line items) where the Start time of C is exactly the end time the output SHOULD be A, but it keeps showing both A & B, which in the line output becomes a mix of results and I cant parse it.  How can I fix this??

Missing Required Field Errors in CRM Zaps

I keep running into this issue where I add a new required field to the CRM and then suddenly all of my Zaps that create records in that module throw a bunch of errors and Zapier disables them. This is exceptionally frustrating. These fields are typically dependent fields and are not relevant to the records being processed through the Zap. The CRM does not require them to create the record and yet Zapier insists on enforcing them. I am the admin of the CRM; I should get to decide whether or not a particular field requirement is enforced or not. Is there any way around this? Ideally, I’d prefer a solution that avoids populating dummy values into these fields, as that creates unnecessary data messiness in the CRM. However, if that is unavoidable, is there any way to set a blanket rule that says if a missing require field error pops up, the value should always be “X”? And then lastly, if neither option is possible, how can I set up an automated alert that will notify me if this specific er

Bug: Filter by text doesn't work for line items

The current filter functionality does not behave as expected when used with line items. There appears to be a discrepancy between the UI display and the actual data processing logic. Scenario: When using a filter such as (Text) contains "," on a field with line items displayed as "123123,292929". So it’s “Only continue if "123123,292929" contains “,”. Expected Behavior: The filter should trigger because the combined field value shown in the UI contains a comma. Actual Behavior: The filter does not trigger. It seems that the system is checking each line item individually (i.e., "123123" and "292929" separately), neither of which contains a comma, rather than the combined string. Or same if you use: So it should only continue if “Candidate Duplicates” doesn’t exactly match “Candidate ID”. Candidate Duplicates is here a line-item(s). Example:Candidate Duplicates shows in the UI as “61289731, 64942779, 65480446, 66053111, 68455381, 70584611”. Not able to select table that was created 24 hrs earlier while creating a new AI Action

Hi, I added a table about 24 hours ago. It still is not appearing in the drop down when I want to select it while setting up an AI Action. I am trying to setup a Zapier tables create Record action. How long should it take for table to appear through AI action interface? Is there an issue? I am stuck waiting for this as I cannot proceed ahead with my flow. Please help.

OneDrive error: The app returned "The lenght of the URL for this request exceeds the configured maxURlLenght value"

Hello,I use Zapier to retrieve CSV files from a Gmail address in order to upload them to a OneDrive account. I used this solution for 3 months (September to November 2023), and then I didn't need it anymore. I needed it again a few days ago, and when I relaunched the Zap, I received an error from OneDrive which is as follows:The app returned "The length of the URL for this request exceeds the configured maxUrlLength value.".The files are small, only a few KB, and the file names are also short. Here is an example: ImportDocuments_24-04-2024_01-05-48.I'm having trouble understanding why I have this problem now when it didn't exist recently.Do you have any ideas?Here are some screenshots of my Zap :

Custom actions with Bullhorn returns 401 Bad BhRestToken

Hello, After testing and reviewing all use cases with Bullhorn.I have noticed that when I use a normal action in the ZAP I do not have any 401 Bad BhRestToken error messages returned to me.However when I use custom actions in the ZAP or even when I test the custom action itself I receive a 401 Bad BhRestToken error messages after 30 min if no activities with actions or zaps.Please find proof with date and time of both actions in the screenshots attached. This shows that the custom actions seem to have an authentication issue.Have you ever had any issues like this? Many thanks,Olivier

Invalid phone_number parameter Aidaform to WhatConverts

 I duplicated a zap for a new client that works just fine. It takes data from Aidaform and passes it to whatconverts and creates a lead.When I changed the aidaform and whatconverts profile for the new client, I now get this error for the phone number field. Failed to create a lead in WhatConvertsThe app returned "Invalid phone_number parameter. Please provide a valid phone_number value.".What’s strange is the zap is exactly the same as a working zap, which is still working (besides the form and whatconverts profile)I’ve spoken to whatconverts support who can’t replicate it and said…It might be some issue with the way Zapier is providing the data to WhatConverts so you might want to reach out to them to see if they see any errors on their side. Can anybody help?

Zap not saving a selection when I publish

I'm trying to build a Zap where a student is automatically added to an online course. When I select which course I want to enroll them in (Course A), it's not saving my selection and keeps defaulting to a different course (Course B) that doesn't even exist anymore.Can anyone explain why it defaults to the incorrect course even after I publish the Zap?Secondly, there are times after I finish trying to apply my edits where the "Publish" button is grayed out. It doesn’t appear that there are any issues with the Zap setup, so I could use some advice about that as well.

Failed to create a remove contacts from list in Constant Contact: Source [contact_ids] invalid

This post has been edited by a moderator to remove personal information. Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.I want the ability to remove contacts from 3 constant contacts lists (if they are in those lists) if they make a purchase in Thinkific. I set up the Zap to the correct product in Thinkific and then went on to remove contact from all of the lists or even one of the lists and I keep getting an error message.  Do I need to have a condition or action to find the contact first and If I do what would that flow look like?  I keep seeing articles that removing contacts from lists from constant contact isn’t possible and has to be done manually.

Slack "Send Channel Message" with Auto-Expand Links set to false still shows link previews.

Dear community,I am using a Slack Send Channel Message step and set “Auto-Expand Links” to false (see highlighted in green). However, the notifications still show up with a preview each which is very annoying (see below). Is there any way to fix this? I would like to send them as separate messages (rather than e.g. Digest) so that we can easily comment on each thread.Many thanks!

Trouble taking a screenshot of a PDF attachment in Microsoft Outlook

Hi Community,Need some guidance on this workflow. Perhaps there’s a better way to do this - open the pdf file attached to my Outlook email take a screenshot of the pdf post it on XCadence - to be published every 2 hours. The PDF report is generated from Power BI, the email comes in every 2 hours with the attached report. Thanks.

Calendly to Monday, Zap turns off on refresh with no errors

Every time i turn on my Zap it instantly turns off when i refresh the page. I dont understand why. Ive tried every solution but it wont work. I connected calendly to monday. There are no erros. I can even get it to turn on every time i refresh it turns off so i have no history to look at. I need this fixed by Monday or im going to have to find a new service to use. please help out.

Zap following the wrong path despite Boolean condition with manual test vs. live run

 Hi Zapier Community,I'm running into an issue where my Zap is unexpectedly going down the wrong path based on a Boolean condition, and I could use some help troubleshooting.In my Zap, I have a path set up with the following rule: Only continue if: "2. Zap Search Was Found Status" (Boolean) Is falseWhen I manually tested this step, the test record showed: "Zap search was found status: true"As expected, the right path wouldn't pass during the manual test, and I got the warning message: "Your path would not have continued for this test data. If this was unexpected, edit your rules below, or modify your test record to test!"However, during the actual run of the Zap, it seems to be going down the right path (the one that should only execute if "2. Zap Search Was Found Status" is false), even though I believe the status should be true based on the earlier steps.I've double checked my path rules and the setup of the earlier steps, but I can't figure out why the Zap is directing down the unex

New Slack Thread messages are not detected.

I have zap where I look for new Sentry bot messages posted to a slack channel. Whenever the message contains a specific text that i filter for, I want to send a follow up slack message.  The messages are send by Sentry bot and when I test, the filter works as expected.But if that message is send in a slack thread, the message is not even detected by my zap, it does not even show up in the zap runs history. If I run the test manually, the slack message is detected. And subsequently the filter does workThe problem is that the zap does not do this on an automatic way. Any help is appreciated!

Trouble creating a Google Workspace user from Google Form through Zapier, issues with primary email field

HiI want to create a Zap for creating a new google workspace user, using details from a google form. The problem I have is the primary email address field. I can’t put anything in the google form to pull this data and it wont let me create the zap without it. Obviously this will need to be first name and surname followed by our domain but unsure how to get that across into the google workspace primary email field. Any help would be much apricated. Thanks

Unable to get 'Updated Attendee in Eventbrite' Zap to work

Hi there, I’m trying to create a Zap using the trigger ‘updated attendee in Eventbrite’, but I can’t get it to work.We have used Zaps to create rows on a Google Sheet for all Eventbrite registration data, this has worked well for a long time, however Eventbrite have recently made a change to their booking process and it’s no longer working. Booking information, including custom questions is now collected after the booking has been made. Zapier populates this as ‘Info Requested’. I would to use ‘updated attendee in Eventbrite’ to update attendee data including custom questions on Google Sheets. I have tried to create the Zap a few times using this trigger, but I cannot get this to work.Can anybody send over instructions please? I’m unsure if I need to create separate zaps for each field update, but I have tried that and I can’t get that to work either. Any advice would be appreciated.  Many thanks!

Zapier Tables Error code 400: Error found at request.body.record_ids.0: Cannot create ULID from string of length 4 (general:validation_error)

I am trying to create a table from an excel spreadsheet. Importing this table goes fine, but the data source always includes a summed line at the end. I am just tryiing to delete this row in the table. I am using:New record in Zapier TablesFind Record in Zapier TablesDelete Record in Zapier TablesThe error I get is:“Error code 400: Error found at request.body.record_ids.0: Cannot create ULID from string of length 4 (general:validation_error)” This Action creates the following error   My goal is to troubleshoot. If certain fields are empty, then the record should be deleted. The Find Record works fine.
