Monday.com get column value and change column with pulled value

Hi All, I have an issue with the change of a column in Monday. I pulled data from an item with the “Get column value” action and now want to change another item’s column in another board with the pulled “person” value. Get column value Change column value It works as long as I do not use the value I retrieved in the step before. The error message is the following: Can anyone help with that? Firebase 400 Error

I'm trying to connect google sheets and firebase realtime database. I inserted "users" into the Path line, left Newid empty, and indicated the columns that I want to transfer to firebase in Data. But when testing, I get an error: Status Code 400 Bad RequestYour Zap is likely to be missing a required field, or a field value wasn't in a recognized format. For example, if a field in your action step is expecting an email address, but the value given is a name, the app may return a 400 error. Anybody knows how to solve the problem?

Intercom & Typeform integration - create lead - not working - lead not found

Hello, I am trying to set up an integration for when someone fills in a form on typeform, to create a new lead on Intercom, and then this to be tagged under a specific tag. However this is not working. The lead is not created on Intercom but when I check the history of the zap it says it’s working. Could someone tell me if i’m doing something wrong? Docusign to email and Drive - Data hydration failure - some fields may be missing

Hi, I created a zap a few weeks ago that worked perfectly when creating it and testing it one step at a time. Sending a completed Docusign to a gmail address and sending the file to Google Drive. However when I turn the zap on, the zap doesn’t work. It stops at the 1st step of the zap with this error message “Data hydration failure - some fields may be missing”. No matter how many times I test the zap, it works fine at each step of the tests - it’s able to send the PDF by email and uploaded it to Google Drive. But when its actually set to automate the process it doesn’t work. Someone made a similar post about 4 months ago who experienced a similar situation. The proposed solution was to ensure that "Allow sender to download form data" is set to "yes" but this criteria is already set to "yes" in my zap and it still doesn’t work. Any idea what I’m doing wrong or how to fix?

Active Campaign not triggering zap to register people to easywebinar

I have a zap that has worked before and when I test it works but for some reason isn’t running properly now. Active campaign tag is added, should be firing a registration to an easy webinar event and an add to simple texting. Neither zap is working. I also tried running a similar zap to a google sheet just to check if it was something else but still nothing. Has anyone seen this issue before where the action that’s supposed to be triggering isn’t triggering at all? I’m assuming it’s an active campaign issue but I’m not sure how data is captured. is active campaign actively pushing the data or is zapier fetching the data? Any way to troubleshoot this? I have a sales campaign that starts on sunday and need this to work ASAP. EEK

Salesforce: lead to opportunity mapping triggering 'updated field on record' trigger

We are trying to automate appointment creation along with some auxiliary google services related to that appointment. The issue is or appears to be that when the updated field is updated as a lead and then that lead is converted to an opportunity the Zapp for the opportunity is triggered from the mapping from lead to opportunity

Multiple Salesforce Price Books/Price Book Entrys

I have a zap set up for orders to come over from Shopify to Salesforce. The step where an order is created specifies the Standard Price Book, which is what I want. I have a step after that that uses “Run Javascript in code by Zapier.” This puts the proper sku, quantity, discount on one line. The next step is to find a pricebook entry for the above skus. Instead of picking the price book entry from the Standard Price Book, it is picking the first price book entry that comes up after searching by sku. I don’t understand why it is not pulling by what I specified in the “create an order” step. One sku could have multiple price book entries in Salesforce. I need to support that. Has anyone run into this and come up with a solution? Thanks. Rachel

Multiple Attendees Sheets to Calendar

Hello! I’m trying to include multiple attendees in Google Calendar going from Google Sheets. It’s not allowing me to include more than one email address. Does this have anything to do with using the free trial? All the email addresses are formatted correctly and work individually, but not when there is more than one.

Formatter Date Problem

Dear Community, hope you can help. I am struggeling:) I would say that i am really fit in zapier. Situation: I have one zap (docusign to my email Software - Klicktipp.) Docusign includes a date field, where my clients fill in a start date for their contract. Time is UTC+1 in the format dd/mm/yyyy. Problem: I try to give this information further to my email software (because the campaign starts at this date) but i am getting an error, because the email software likes to have the date in the x format. If i use the formatter in zapier the date output is everytime 1.1.2022 and so not right. Its not important if i use xformat, normal dd/mm/yyyy or what else. The date output in the formatter is wrong. I do not find a solution. Hope you can help. Cheers Felix

Facebook Lead Form Data to Active Campaign Not Turning On

Hi, I’ve created a zap to bring data from Facebook Lead Forms into an ActiveCampaign subscriber list but every time I turn the zap on, it just turns itself back on. The zap isn’t showing any errors or warnings and everything seems to be connecting properly, the zap just won’t stay switched on. Any ideas why this is happening? Sophiia @ TheHypeSociety

Zap couldn't be published due to "The app returned "Forbidden"" error.

Zap couldn't be published by the user. When checking our logs, this is the error we got: Zap was paused with error message: The app returned "Forbidden". According to the Frame.io team, this error occurs when the account used in Zapier doesn't have a "Team Manager" permission . In short, registering webhooks with Zapier requires that the Frame.io user be at least a "Team Manager," as the webhook registration is actually modifying the Team's record.

Hi,We building a Zap that every time an outbound message has created in Salesforcewe send a message in Teams.It worked perfectly fine on sandbox but when we moved it to production (both on Zapier and Salesforce) it didn't work and we didn't manage to get a test account. trouble with decimal number Excel

Hello I tried to make a zap between an excel sheet and Airtable. the problem is that even if I choose “.” or “,”, or change regional parameters, the output of the trigger is always with a “,” the final result is wrong example: 0.07 in excel sheet, test trigger give 0,07 and final result is 7 in airtable. thanks for your help

MemberPress Zap Not Working

Hi I’m not sure if anyone else is also encountering this issue, but my Zapier between MemberPress and Active Campaign is not working. The trigger for the Zap is “Transaction Completed”. The connections with the app are fine and it’s set-up well, but when I make a Transaction on MemberPress, the Zap doesn’t go through. It’s odd because when I test the trigger on the edit page, Zapier is able to retrieve the relevant information correct. It just doesn’t work when I use it in real life. How do you suggest I approach this problem?

Unable to filter for different products in Stripe

This post has been split from How to distinguish different payment links in Stripe hi @Danvers @christina.d @jesse !! I am jumping i here because I’m experiencing the same issue -- though I am on the paid plan. I am on stripe legacy, and I’m able to filter out different products and have them link to different segments in my FloDesk. All is good. The filter I use is “invoice lines data description”. I am trying to set this up for a client, and new stripe does not filter for product descriptions, unless I am missing something. Do I need to label something in stripe to have the product get pulled from the data? I work for multiple clients and this is a huge bummer that I can’t see product information right now within filters. Can you please help?!

Failed to find or create a database item in Notion body failed validation

Hi,I’m trying to create a zap to populate a notion contact database with new subscribers from MailerLite. I want first to check if the user is already in the database based on the email account. The zap fails with the following message : Failed to find or create a database item in Notion body failed validation. Fix one: body.filter.and[2].multi_select.contains should be defined, instead was `undefined`. body.filter.and[2].multi_select.does_not_contain should be defined, instead was `undefined`. body.filter.and[2].multi_select.is_empty should be defined, instead was `undefined`. body.filter.and[2].multi_select.is_not_empty should be defined, instead was `undefined`. I don’t understand the error nor how to identify the potential field that does not connect correctly?Let me know if you need more info on the configuration. Thank you!

Need solution to "The columnId xxxxxxxxxx is invalid" when using Zapier New Row Update for Smartsheet

Hi Community, I'm looking for a solution to a problem that's occurring when using Zapier to update cells in one smartsheet from cells in another smartsheet. When using the Zapier New Row Update action on a Smartsheet, it's throwing an error: "The app returned "The columnId xxxxxxxx is invalid". This is occurring when trying to update one cell in each of two different rows in a destination smartsheet where we have just completed a Copy Row action from a source smartsheet using Zapier. Additionally, Zapier also reports while stepping through the errored action that there are unused columns in the Zap and once removed, the update will complete and is repeatable on the same sheet. However, it fails the next time an update is attempted on a new destination smartsheet. If you've had this problem before and resolved it, I'd be interested in what you did to fix it.

Hello , I have used a Transfer to copy email messages from Gmail to Tutanota (crypted mail). please find below what I have done : Gmail → Email by Zapier (September 1, 2022)Edit Owned by AD Alain Delmotte Overview Task usage Transfer runs Change history Transfer Details Timezone Europe/Paris Last modified 09/01/2022 at 15:11 The transfer seems to work fine except that there were 2 attachments and the message sent to Tutanota keeps only the last attachment. My Zap won't recognize multi-words such as last name or team names - getting an error message.

Newbie learning here. Thanks in advance. I’m using a zap to recognize new information in a new row in a google sheet that contains a specific person attached to it then pushes that new information into a CRM under that same person’s name. The information in the sheet matches the name in the CRM. Traditional First and Last names has no issues, IE: John Smith, but multi words in a last name or even team names have issues, IE: Carol Johnson Smith (not hyphenated) or The Johnson Team. The zap will not recognize Carol Johnson Smith or The Johnson Team and errors out. Am I missing something simple here or a trick of the trade?

Is anyone else having issues with Google Ads Offline Conversions timing out?

So, I’ve been having problems with the Google Ads Offline Conversions integration. When I submit my test data (which I know to be correct, as it miraculously worked once and never again) I am getting a messaage that Openresty has timed out: The data I’m passing across is good data - the integratino did work once after repeated attempts to test that step… this is the data… Is this a known problem? I can’t see any issues on the Zapier status page that might cause this? I’ve messaged support and am awaiting a response... Any help GREATLY appreciated. Thanks, Ross.

Airtable authentiication and integration version updates

Anyone eelse seeing thesee the last two days? I am working with a client and the main API Key is not readily available (not my company) ...I can make due, but does anyone know how to avoid this? Like, I am usinig the airtable integration, I don’t care which version it is I just expect it to work.

Gravity Forms and Box Integration

Hello, I wanted to share a recent problem and solution with the community. I worked with Zapier support to help troubleshoot and get this resolved. Assumptions: Gravity Form plugin on Wordpress Zapier Add-on activated in Gravity Form with API Key activated Box connection setup in Zapier Trigger - Form Submission in Gravity Form Action - Upload File in Box Event - Upload File Problem: When I submitted the Gravity Form in Wordpress the Trigger step would be a success but the Action was failing with Required field "file" (file) is missing. For the File field in the Zapier action, I had selected the ‘File’ object from the list of field options. If you try to test the action in Zapier, it will fail so I suggest testing directly on your Gravity Form. Solution: In review of the Data Output of the Trigger step via the History page in Zapier, I could see the file path under “Invoice Details File”. However, this wasn’t data object that was available in the ‘File’ field. Zapier support and I dete
