Thrivecart not showing Shipping label

Hi, 

 

I have set up a zap between Thrivecart and Google shhet to create a csv file for my orders to be shipped (physical product). 
Although I have matched the shipping label wth a specific column it alwaus shows empty as when I expot a csv file from Thrivecart it is not. 

All roders ahev a shipping label so this is not because of the test. 

 

Does anyone know how to fix that ?

Can you share a screenshot of your Google Sheet? Also, please share the screenshot of how did you configure Google Sheet the action on Zapier
