We have been utilizing the legacy "New Paid Order" Zap event to pull Order info into Salesforce including the Shipping Address details. I went in to update the Zap and noticed that the legacy  "New Paid Order" event is deprecated and tried switching to the new instant  "New Paid Order," but am unable to map any of Shopify's Shipping fields into Salesforce now.

When I search the Insert Data values, I only find customer, billing, and fulfillment addresses, which are not always the same as the shipping address.

Here's an example of what I'm seeing:

Let me know if I'm missing something. Thank you!

Hi @SlinshotBio

Good question.

One thing to check is that you are using an example order in the Zap trigger from Shopify that has the Shipping Info populated.

Help article about how to change the trigger test data: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496310366093

We have a couple of good help center articles on how to get better sample data:

How to get live sample data if your Trigger isn’t getting the right values

How to manually map fields that do not appear in the sample data (aka “custom pill mapping")
