Memento error: “App not found.”

Good Morning I have set up a ZAP using my companies outlook account using Memento database and it is confirmed as connected and i run a test and enverthing runs fine. However when i got to run it form memento nothing happens and i get an error “App not found” in the zap history.If i link this to an individual outlook account it seems to run fine. Also i am attaching a PDF document and when the e-mail is recieved it is in a unrecognisable format.Would appreciate any help from anybody as it would be a good help to get this working.

Using webhooks and changes to the HubSpot authorization

This post was split from   Hi @christina.d I contacted Hubspot support and asked them a similar question.  For native Hubspot integrations, no changes are needed, but if you are using webhooks inside of Zapier to communicate with Hubspot, those will no longer be supported post Nov 30.As we are using native webhooks inside Zapier for Hubspot, this is of concern to us.  It appears that Hubspot will require OAuth authentication, but I am not seeing how to change to OAuth inside of the Zap -- it only list “Basic Auth” as an option.Can you advise?Thanks.

Discord Pings have stopped working?

Omg I messed the the title and can’t change it now - it’s discord PINGS have stopped workingI’ve been using Zapier to send notifications to my Discord server for I think over a year now, and I use @here and @everyone tags to get everyones attention. In the last while, the notifications have stopped pinging people. The tag still shows it like it has tagged everyone, but it’s not highlighted and it’s not making a noise for anyone: I’ve tried checking permissions and checking the tips for formatting, but everything seems to be as it should be? The bot has premission ot @ mention everyone, so I’m not sure what the issue is. I feel like something must have changed with either discord or zapier in the past few months for this to stop.Some screenshots of my integration:

I am new to using Zapier and would like to create a workflow for my online products. I watched the videos on how to create a workflow but still getting stuck. I would like to connect my Shopify to Kajabi when they make a purchase/cancellation. When creating a test it won't let me connect new offers..Can someone please help! Thanks.

Error whem I'm trying to login on my laptop

HiI have an issue when I’m trying to log in on my Zapier account.I’m getting the following error, and I don’t know if it’s an error associated with my laptop’s MAC address or anything else.  I really don’t know what can I do.I am able to log in using another laptop but I can’t using mine.Thanks in advance for any help you could provide.

Unable to notify new Twitter followers using their handle

Hey everyone, looking for a bit of support. I want to tweet a new follower a message, but for some reason I can’t get it to @ them it’s just tweet their handle, meaning they will not be notified. It’s just @test instead of @test with a link to profile as demonstrated there. I’ve tested and tested over and over, and the worse thing is I’ve done this simple zap before but for whatever reason now it isn’t working 😅

Multiple users of Chrome extension

I have a folder that I have shared with my team member (we have a Team account). This folder is full of Zaps that are triggered by the Chrome extension. I am able to see the Zaps but my teammate is not. Does anyone have any insight?

Workflow Builder error: Oh no! This step contains too many fields to render properly. Visit zapier.com to set up this step

Hello, Within a Slack Workflow, I’m trying to create a new Google sheet (which works), and then update a row of that sheet (which doesn’t work). I’m using the Id from the previous create Sheet step, but it doesn’t seem to recognize it, because there are no Worksheet options for me to select from.I’ve retrieved the Zap from the trash (it seems that whenever these Zaps are created inside Slack Workflow, that they immediately go to the trash). I’ve also tried to edit this directly in Zapier, but it shows a lot of warnings, including that the event “Workflow Step in Slack” is deprecated. So I’m unable to edit here, though the current instructions on the Workflow Builder say: “Oh no! This step contains too many fields to render properly. Visit zapier.com to set up this step”. How can I move forward? Thanks!

Error: Failed to create a send channel message in Slack Required field "Message Text" (text) is missing.

Hi There!I am getting an error message when trying to connect Google Sheets to Slack. I’d like to send a Slack message based on data being added to a specific column within a Google Sheet.I received this message about the Message Field, and I have added a screenshot of what is within the “Message Text” field. I assume it has something to do with the “no data” info within the Message Text field? Any help would be appreciated!  Failed to create a send channel message in SlackRequired field "Message Text" (text) is missing.

Studiocart order not triggering Zap for Flodesk email

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.Hi all!I am hoping someone can help me troubleshoot what’s going on with a zap I created.The flow is Order placed in Studiocart with an order bump, that triggers a zap to create a new subscriber and adding them to a specific segment, then that segment is triggered and the workflow begins sending the customer an email.The zap isn’t happening and there’s nothing in the history. I’ve waited all weekend long for something to come through. I’ve tried it 3 different ways (listing the Product ID as an Order Bump, as a One Time Payment, and listed BOTH, nothing is working).Any ideas?Thank you.with gratitude, Britni

Removing HubSpot associations

Hi all,I’m trying to automate contact-company association removal. My current setup involves a custom selection field in Hubspot contact database (ContactLeftCompany; true, flase), which triggers a workflow in HubSpot, that does some tasks, but need to emplye a Zap,  as well to remove contact-company association, which can’t be done in HubSpot.I’ve set it up in a way to look for a contact change (not just the property change), then filter ContactHasLeft company (proceed if true), and then I should configure the step to remove associations. Here’s where I’m stuck at the very last step, as the preview properties don’t display the company, currently associated with the contact. Instead, I see a list of all companies in the database.Could it be, that the Zapier is not able to lookup which company the contact is associated with? Or should I performa an assoication lookup first?

Google Docs first name placeholder is not replacing and is instead, coming up blank

We are trying to find a way to draft a personalized feedback letter to parents from a survey completed by instructors. Here is the way the Zap is currently workingNew record in Airtable This comes from an Airtable survey form Instructor’s list student full name and select progress and confidence Formatting with Zapier Format split - takes only first name of student Format replace - take out the word “Student” and replace with the previous output (student’s first name) Create Document in Google Doc from template Fill in feedback letter with personalized selections from instructor The problem is the Format replace step is not working. It does not replace “Student” with the first name and I also tried to use {{first}} as a placeholder instead but this just comes up blank in the Google doc. Example from Google doc below. continues to make very good progress.. Student is confident of Math skills. He/She is disciplined and able to stay on task. I am not sure where in the process the form

Hello!I am looking to import a csv file that arrives as an attachment in a mail in my Gmail inbox, into a Google Sheets file. I am using the following:New Attachment in Email: I have a clearly defined label and have a from:x@y.com String setup to specifically identify the email with the attachment. It says “We found an attachment!” when I test it. Utilities in Formater by Zapier: this is where it gets tricky. I use: Formatter by Zapier Utilities Transform - Import CSV File Attachment (Exists but it is now shown) Force first row as Header Row: Yes Type of CSV File: Detect automatically Encoding of CSV File: UTF-8 When I test the action, I get the following errors: Formatting data failed: The app returned "The CSV file couldn't be read, usually due to an encoding issue. Error message: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0x89 in position 0: invalid start byte". I tried all the format available, the only one that doesn’t come up with an error is Latin-1. Paid Zoho Invoice > New Shopify Order - Line items not mapping properly

I have created a zap that triggers when an invoice is noted as “Paid” in Zoho Invoice, to then send that as an order to Shopify for fulfillment.The issue is, the line items are not mapping properly to my Shopify SKUs, so the order is created for items that don’t exist.I’ve tried this fix, but the action to find product/variant by title fails to find a product in Shopify. This happens if I try using the SKU numbers and the product names.Any help/ guidance would be greatly appreciated! I feel like I’m (___) this close to getting this to work.

Stripe ACH not showing in Zaps

Hello! -I am running into an issue where using the “New Payment” Zapier connection for Stripe is only logging Stripe Card payments, not Stripe ACH payments. I can’t seem to find any other Zapier connections that find Stripe ACH payments.Therefore, when I see recent purchased products via a Zapier sync, I see customers 1, 3, 5, and 6 (who paid via Stripe Card) but not customers 2 and 4 (who paid via Stripe ACH). Is there something I’m missing?

I’m receiving the following error when taking data from Arive (invite only) and adding a row to a workbook in Microsoft Excel.I have formatted all data from source to the matching format of the workbook.
