I am trying to setup email notifications when certain tasks are completed across all Procore projects in our organization. The problem is when I create my trigger event I must select a specific project. Since we are a contractor our job list is always changing so I need some way to set a company wide alert system when say a Transmittal is completed, or any Transmittal created by “John Smith” is completed it notifies our Accounts Payable department.
