The Klaviyo Zap app triggers are scheduled, meaning those can take from 1-15 minutes to fire depending on your Zapier plan.

Check your Zap Runs for activity: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Thanks! I thought it may have been instant and then after 5-6 minutes thought I’d missed something in the set up.
