Error connecting Streak Statuses to Monday.com

Hello,

 
I'm trying to set up an integration between Streak and Monday.com. I would like to have a subitem in Monday.com updated when I move a contact/box in Streak to a different pipeline stage. 
 
When I go to connect the stages in Streak to Zapier I get the following error message:
"Unable to load choices

We're having trouble loading 'Stage' data. Required field "Pipeline" (pipeline_key) is missing."

Can someone please explain what the issue is and how to resolve it?
