Hello, I did an integration between Hotmart and Kommo. When someone buys something at Hotmart it should sent to Kommo the information as lead. The problem is, when I tested the webhook it worked, but when I sell something for real at Hotmart, Zapier doesn’t detect and don’t send it to Kommo. What I’m doing wrong here?

If the Zap trigger is not firing, you may want to try reaching out to Hotmart Support for help troubleshooting.

 

Possible workaround…

Zap trigger: Webhook - Catch Hook

This will generate a unique webhook url to configure in Hotmart.
