Connection between Formidable form and Odoo not working

Hello Sir,

 

There was connection between this form in our site https://34ml.com/start-project/ and our Odoo account to ad leads in Odoo once formidable form submitted, this connection is no more working and we tried to create new zaps and connections but still not working!

Thank You for your reply.

 

Connection exists sir, and you can find 5 zaps (our tries to make it work) in the attached screenshot

 

Issue is no leads added to Odoo when Formidable form submitted (new entry added)

Test you Zap connection to check that it’s still connected.

 

If Zaps are not triggering, then the issue is likely with the Zap trigger step using Formidable Forms.
