A Zap error when creating product details based on Glide app submissions, encountering a 'no such product' issue

Hey Guys,  Hope you are all doing great. I’ve hit a bum in the road whilst doing some work for a client and would be great to hear you if you can help.  So, Im creating a directory in Glide apps. When a new user comes onto the app and creates a listing they fill out this form :  They enter theirProduct Name Product Description  Image  PriceOnce they submit this form this zap runs :  The idea is that the values from Glide will set the details for the product, this will then trigger another action that creates the price for that product. However it Keeps saying in the Zap history it stopped because it theres no such product as - “Whatever the product name is”. So I put a delay of 1 minute incase it takes some time to create but hit the same error.  Would be great if someone could help out!  Regards Mitch Francis

Zap stuck in Playing state: 50/50 chance of working, step three never starts.

Hi,I’ve a zap that occasionally gets stuck in ‘Playing’ - screenshot below.Even with the same trigger data, it is 50/50 whether it works - sometimes it just proceeds, other times it completes step 2 (successfully), but the loop step 3 never starts. It just stops there.    Any suggestions?Thanks!

 problemThe display of the `Running` button on the management screen is always off.However, if you test according to the actually created `zaps`, it will work normally.When you click the `Running` button, the following error is displayed.Error turning Zap on: Your Zap includes more steps than the maximum amount your plan allows. Upgrade to allow more steps to be used When I checked the official page of zapier, I did not meet the conditions to change to a paid plan at this time.

Google Calendar 'Attendee Emails' variable is showing no data

I created an automation where in when a calendar event named “xxx” is created, it will be automatically recorded in a google sheet. It will add event details such as event name, date, and attendees. Everything works well except Zap is showing “attendees: no data” Could you please help? I found a question like this before but it was not solved.

GMail Zap: The app returned "Access Denied".

So we’ve had three Zaps running for awhile:Notify Slack when a PandaDoc document is completed Put PandaDoc document in GDrive when completed GMail PandaDoc document to billing when completedFor some reason, the GMail Zap just started erroring one day - The app returned "Access Denied". This started happening around July 19th, after working for months. Then, yesterday, we turned it off and on and it pushed through a few holds, but still a bunch of errors. Even when the GMail Zap was failing, the Slack and GDrive Zaps that were linked to it never failed. When I try to replay these 16 Zap runs, they give me an error, and then the Zap turns itself off. If I try to replay one Zap run at a time, it just errors with the same message. The GMail connection tests out just fine, and the PandaDocs are properly being broadcast in Slack and sent to the GDrive.Any ideas? I suppose I could just deal with these manually - download them, whatever - but I just want to make sure this isn’t a larger issue.

Failed to create a message in Podium: The app returned"https://docs.podium.com/docs/errors#bad_request"

When trying to create a zap sending a text message to a client it always come up with:Failed to create a message in PodiumThe app returned"https://docs.podium.com/docs/errors#bad_request". Yet if I change it to Email, it works prefectly fine. I have failed to find how to fix this issue. Any help appreciated.

Inserting an image into Outlook email isn't working

Hi there,I’m trying to insert a jpg image in my Outlook email but something’s not working. When I test it, the image doesn’t render. HubSpot deal property change trigger doesn't load any test deals

My hubspot deal property change trigger doesn't load any test deals. The zap works, but i can't load any new test fields. So when i have a new field in hubspot, i cam't use this field in my zap, because i can't load a new test deal. It's not working since over three months. Anybody has the same problem or an idea how to solve this?

Error With Adding Respondents to Google Form to Google Contact Group

I’ve been trying to link a google form I’ve created to my google contacts so that every time someone fills out the form, they are added to a google contact group. All of the people who might fill out this form (to join a club) are already in my google contacts (I manually moved them from a directory so they are in my personal contacts so I own them). Here is a screenshot of my zap:  So the trigger works, the find contact by email step works, but when it comes to adding the contact to a group I created in google contacts, I get this error whenever I try to test that third step or even use the zap:Here is a screenshot of the action part of that third step. I used the contact ID (in the form of “people/<person_id>” as required by zapier) of the contact found by the second step (searching for contact by email recorded in google form).I’m not sure how to go about fixing this, I feel as though I’ve tried everything thank you to anyone in advance!

'Expired' Notion connection

Impossible to connect NOTION on zapier in 90% of cases I have the same error: "Expired"In the remaining 10% it works but I do not see all the databases of the team space that I selected …And in real life I can hardly see myself uninstalling and reinstalling notion for my whole team …Can you help me ?

Can't specify filename as output of previous filter action

This is a seemlingly simple zap intended to move and rename an email attachment, but the renaming isn’t working. I'm probably making a dumb mistake. Maybe I’m missing an action that converts the segment ID to a usable output?1 New Inbound Email in Email by Zapier2 Text Formatter Input 1: Subject Separator :  Segment index 1 (this contains a job number)3 Upload File in Dropbox File 1. Attachment  Specify File Name (the only choice for step 2 is ID:1) ID:1 job typeThe resulting file name is just the job type and I can’t figure out how to get the job number in automatically. Thanks for your help.

Hootsuite Error: Social Profile Isn't Owned by Organization

Hi,I have set up a zap so that when a customer  submits an approval form on cognitoforms we instantly draft a tweet on Hootsuite to welcome them and tag them. I expect I will personalise these before tweeting but I wanted to save some donkey work. Presently I’m getting the error “Social profile isn't owned by organization (required for posting messages with tags)” any ideas what this actually might mean? Is it that you can’t tag people in Hootsuite via a zap? If not are there any work around a anyone could think of?Thanks in advance!Rich

DocuSign integration where the 'New folder' trigger isn't detecting any folders.

For my DocuSign integration. My trigger is New folder in DocuSign to create stuff in other apps. Its not seeing any folders in my DocuSign. I've tried doing a test example and waiting then making a folder and seeing if it works but it does not. I need help.

Task not showing up in Asana when created from a duplicate task.

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.Hi there! We’ve recently got Zapier to make Dubsado talk to Asana and create automations in our projects as leads come in from Dubsado. I created a “Zap”, to make Asana create a new task from a duplicate task / template from a new lead in Dubsado to create a new task to be added in our project in Asana under a section called “Enquiries”. This new task which has been duplicated then needs to update the task name to the client’s full name.However the issue I’m facing is that in Zapier when creating this “zap” no task was actually created in Asana under the client’s name.  Secondly I’d like this task to show up under a section called “Enquiries” within the project in Asana, when the duplicate task has been created and updated with the client’s full name.Which also is not working the way I’d like to, and gives an error

Picking the wrong File option in "Upload to Dropbox"

I'm trying to copy a googledoc to dropbox (part of a larger zap) and change the extension to rtf (doc would be fine too). In the Upload to Dropbox action, I can't figure out which which option to use in the "File" field. When using the data from the prior action, there are a ton of options but I don't see one that includes the body of the file. I keep getting rtfs with the title in place of the body. Any ideas? Thank you

Airtable error: Response payload size exceeded the maximum allowed payload size.

This post was split from topic:  We are getting the same error from Airtable. I think it would be the best way to only load a certain view from Airtable with less data in it. Tried this as well but with no success. It seems that Zapier still loads all data not only the data from the selected view.

SurveyMonkey response populates "Not Answered," even though there is an answer

 Hi all! I’m having an issue mapping my SurveyMonkey answer to a new Trello card.First image is my SurveyMonkey field in Zapier, where it both says it’s not answered and displays the title.Second image is how it shows in Trello. The card name always appends the text “Not Answered | ” in front of the actual title name.What should I look for in SurveyMonkey to fix this issue? Or is it a problem with the way Zapier is reading the test response?

Zapier "cannot read property access token of undefined" error when connecting Facebook Shops to ShipStation

Hi all!I am curious if anyone else has run into this issue or has any solutions. I’ve tried several times over a period of about a year to try to connect my Facebook Shops account to my ShipStation account for order management and fulfillment. The issue is definitely with the Facebook Shops app, not ShipStation. I know it’s been in beta for a while. For whatever reason, I can’t connect my Facebook shops account because Zapier can’t access a certain piece of data it needs. The message I get it is "cannot read property access token of undefined".Has anyone had this issue or have any advice on how to resolve this?

Gmail Autoreply Zap Results in Email Subject = Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

I created a Squarespace ↔ Gmail zap , with an autoreply. Example:Squarespace Form with subject Blah lands in Gmail Created an auto-reply when form Blah arrives in Gmail, send auto-reply message to recipient email address Login to recipient email to check auto-reply message. Noticed that Subject = Delivery Status Notification (Failure).Any ideas why the auto-reply subject says ‘Delivery Status Notification (Failure)’ ?
