Nextiva authentication disconnects daily in Zapier despite a password reset.

My Nextiva authentication keeps disconnecting every 24 hours. When I reset my password in Nextiva, I am able to connect to Nextiva in Zapier, but after 24 hours, it disconnects and won't let me in, even if I use the new password.

PS: I can use the new password to access to the Nextiva app without issue. The issue is unique to Zapier.

Yes I already reviewed it. I also reachout to Nextiva and everything is working fine in there side. I can login in Nextiva web and Nextiva App but I cant connect Nextiva through Zapier. I can only connect when I reset my password but after 24hrs it disconnects.

You can try opening a ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

FYI: Most Zap apps are created and managed by the app developer on the Zapier Developer Platform.

I already submitted a ticket and theres no response yet

we reset the password yesterday and connected properly but as I said it expired again today

It looks like you’ve reached out to our Support Team about this and they replied on Tuesday with a suggestion. I’ll share details of the suggestion here in case it’s helpful:

According to Nextiva's support docs - The username required to use Zapier is likely not the same username and password used to log in to Nextiva’s other tools (the Nextiva App). Contact your Nextiva administrator to obtain your username and coordinate a password reset, if necessary. https://www.nextiva.com/support/articles/zapier-faqs.html

If you’ve got any questions regarding their suggestion it would be best to continue the conversation with them over email. If you can’t locate their reply I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case. Sometimes their emails can end up in the spam/junk folder by accident.

Did you ever figure out the way to make the connection work? I am having the same issue.
