Is there a way to pull custom field data from Jobber quotes?

Greetings...I’m new to zapier and am having trouble getting specific data from a Jobber quote to Google Sheet.  I set up the zap but in Jobber we created custom fields for all quotes.  Is there a way to pull this custom field data? Thank you,Dennis

SMTP Erroring Out when signing in

I’m trying to sign into the gmail server (smtp.gmail.com) with TLS on, port 587. I keep getting the error in the attachment or another similar (request timeout on port 465, etc). I’ve verified login info. I can’t turn off “less secure app protection”. I’ve tried different ports, verified my IMAP was turned on. Also tried filling in the “from” address with the same email.Ideas?

Files Uploaded to OneDrive using action in Zapier are losing their File Extensions

Hello, I am using Zapier to upload files into OneDrive. This is a switch from Google Drive which we were using previously. I am noticing that whenever the upload action is taken, the file extension is lost and OneDrive and Windows interprets these as the “File” file type. Google Drive would preserve the file type when uploading, but OneDrive does not seem to. Is there anyway to conserve the file extension so when it is emailed to other people, they do not have any issues opening it. I have tried manually appending .jpg or .pdf to the end of the filename in the OneDrive step configuration, but this just gives me an “Access Denied” error. Attached are screenshots showing what I am talking about.

Insightly Integration Error Despite Test Check OK

Required field "To" (to) is missing.

Hey Team!   I just got done setting up my Zap for the first time.   I used email parser with clicksend to send new clients a text message when they complete a form.   The good news is that it appears to be working but I keep getting an email from zapeir telling me there is an error.   It says “Required field "To" (to) is missing” but the to field is filled in properly???   Please help!   It says this..  Zap alert We ran into a problem with one of your Zaps.   Untitled Zap Received 1 error Edit this Zap Error Message   ClickSend SMS Required field "To" (to) is missing.

SignNow document only gets emailed to our company email address, and not the customer.

Hey @jesse, running into another issue I was hoping you could help with.I set up the Zap using the steps above, however, on completion of the signing, the document only gets emailed to our company email address, and not the customer. We’d like a copy of the signed waiver to be sent to both - the company email address and the customer. Here’s how it’s been set up for your reference:

Squarespace Form - Salesforce Lead - Test Not Working

I get the following error when testing my Squarespace to Salesforce Zap. Zapier failing to pull recent data entries from PostgreSQL for a Shopify App

Hi all,I have an issue with data parsing through on my Zap. Here’s a bit of backstory to what we’re trying to do:Someone installs our FREE Shopify App They either stay on the FREE aspect or enter into a FREE TRIAL of a PAID plan we offer. Regardless, we want to notify a Slack channel when both of these steps occur (or only the free install if that’s all that happens).At the moment, all of our data is stored within a secure PostgreSQL database. The Zap contains one Trigger being, when a new row is created within “plans” in the database, it retrieves the plan name and plan amount along with a customer ID. Next, we use an Action function for PostgreSQL to search within the Users database using the customer ID to locate that customer’s information such as email/store name/location etc. We marry the two steps above and send a Slack notification to a channel that outlines plan name, price, customer ID, their store name and so on. I have successfully set up the Zap and have tested it and all

Zaps are returning SUCCESS status but nothing is being posted

Hey folks, I’m hoping someone can give me some advice here. I’m a fairly new Zapier user, and I’m only posting here after exhaustively searching help articles but finding nothing relevant.I have set up four Zaps:Post Published (Ghost) > Create Facebook PostPost Published (Ghost) > Create TweetPost Published (Ghost) > Create LinkedIn Company UpdatePost Scheduled (Ghost) > Create Discord messageFor all of these Zaps:They are switched on. They are not returning errors (all are posting SUCCESS status, and I’m not seeing errors in the data in/data out logs in Zap History). They seem to be triggering as expected on the Post Published and Post Scheduled actions. They all work correctly when I test them in edit mode.Despite all of the above, I’m noticing that there are no Facebook posts, tweets, company updates, or discord messages being created now. :(I can’t think what the issue might be, since there are no errors anywhere and all of these Zaps work fine when I am editing them an

Zapier changing name of target Google Sheet

Hello all,I am having an issue where it seems like Zapier is repeatedly changing the name of a target spreadsheet.When initially setting up the Zap it was called testing_MEMBER LIST. When I was done with the testing I changed it to just MEMBERS LIST and update the Zap. It worked fairly smoothly for a week or two and then the staff I handed it over to started complaining about intermittent issues. Eventually, she said it wasn’t working at all.I reached out to Zapier support and they “helpfully” pointed out that the Zap was pointing to testing_MEMBER LIST while the Google Sheet was called MEMBERS LIST. I was confused as I could of sworn I changed it all, but diligently update the Zap to the correct Google Sheet target, activated it and then updated the Google Sheet in such a way as to activate the Zap.I just came back to check a couple of days later and 1-2 of the rows were moved on the Google Sheet and around 11 that should have, were not. I then went back to the Zap and low-and-behold

fetch CRM data to google spreadsheet

Hello Everyone,I have set up an CRM for my business. Now I want to use that data for visualization in PowerBI. I have used “Leadconnector” to get data from CRM to spreadsheet.Issue:If a new lead generated in CRM then it is perfectly fetch from CRM to spreadsheet. But whenever I modify/Update that lead it will not fetch to spreadsheet. Ex -  New Lead is  Name - David  Stage - Hot Lead  When I update that lead from Stage Hot Lead to Appointment booked  Stage - Appointment Booked  It will not fetch that data into spreadsheet. If anyone have Idea regarding that please help. Thanks

Failed to fetch a lead from Facebook Lead Ads

Hi - I’m setting up a zap to create new ActiveCampaign contacts from Facebook Lead Ads - but I can’t get past the part of the setup where I test the Facebook lead ad trigger. All my info is set up correctly as far as I can see. I tried creating a test lead using the Facebook Lead Ads testing tool - and that seemed to work but then when I go back to testing it in the Zap, it won’t work. Screen shot attached.FYI I’ve sent in a help desk request but haven’t head back yet so thought to try the community!

Split values to columns in transform - doesn't get recognized in next step

Hello!So I have Data coming in from Apify, where all my values are in one singular field, separated by commas. I need the values to end up in separate columns in my Google Sheets. So I went with what I thought was a fairly straightforward process:I added a Formatter - Text - Split Text Action in between my Apify Trigger & Google Sheets Action. The formatter action looks like this: When running the test action, the results seem to be decent: But then, once I go into the next step, where I’m hoping to see 60 different items in the “Formatter” options when setting my Google Sheets columns, I’m still seeing the same value in the results as in the original Apify result - all of the values next to each other, with commas separating them: What am I doing wrong here? How can I properly split these values into different fields?

Is there a way for Zapier to let the user know that the GitHub authentication failed?

Hello, I have created a zap with GitHub and my app. I am able to receive data from GitHub when an issue is created. When i go to my zap history i am able to see the zap runs as Success message. in case of an issue in my API, I am able to see Stopped message due to error. The problem that I face is that I am not able to see any message at all in the history in case I have revoked permission to zapier app in my GitHub account and then create an issue. Is there a way for the user in zapier to know that the account authentication is not working and the user has to re-authenticate the GitHub account. How does the zapier user knows whether the accounts in the zap is having authentication issue?IM

I’m fairly new to this community (1 week now using Zapier) and encountered some glitch or bug while raising a support ticket.It says I have login but I was already logged in to account (check my profile icon on top right).I also tried using “Log In” button but it redirects to same page again and againNot sure if I’m missing something or there’s a different way to navigate the sameAttached screenshot for better understanding.

Subscribe a Stripe Customer to a product when customer in Stripe is created

Trying to subscribe a Customer to a Product using Zapier and Stripe. I am able to set a trigger in Zap for “New Customer in Stripe”, and I can create a Payment Link but no invoice or payment link is sent to the Customer. There is no action to subscribe the Customer into a Product or Subscription. Am I missing something?
