Brevo error: The app returned "500"

Hi there,

I had a Zap that integrates a New entry on Typeform with a transactional e-mail from Sendinblue (now Brevo). It seemed to work, but now it returns me an error: The app returned "500".

How can I fix this?

Please give us more context about the issue by posting a screenshot of the error.

That’s the error, but I spoke with Brevo assistance and maybe it’s due to a problem from their platform.
