Facebooks Create Page does not post photo

Hi all,I just added a new Zap which checks a RSS status and then will add a new post to facebook. The issue is that I am not able to let facebook find the photo on the post. My ZAP looks like this:And the Link contains a photo in the post itself and also has an entry picture. Nevertheless, facebook always adds the Logo of the Homepage to the page - any ideas why this happens? I also installed a OG Plugin but this didn’t change the behavior.  Thanks in advanceStefan

Why do apostrophes turn gibberish in my wordpress x fb page zap?

https://prnt.sc/l67ggPE2hIloI’m testing my first zap ever and when it pushes to my facebook page, the Excerpt from Wordpress turns gibberish with <p> and apostrophes turn into numbers and symbols. I’ve checked blog post content and it all looks ok. I use elementor with wordpress. Is there something I’m missing please? TIA!

Zoho CRM error: Field name ‘access_token’ not found in OAuth2 results

I am trying to create leads on Zoho CRM from a Linkedin Lead Gen Form - but when I try to connect to Zoho I am getting the following error: Field name ‘access_token’ not found in OAuth2 results Zoho have told me it’s an issue with Zapier. I have connected other Zoho accounts in this manner without issue, any ideas?

How do I add a Keap tag to the TrainHeroic purchaser, rather than a pre-selected contact within the Zap?

Trying to set up a zap from train heroic to Keap. The zap begins when someone purchases one of my train heroic programs in marketplace. I want it to communicate with Keap to tag this person with “online training” , but the zap makes you select a person in my Keaps data base. I want zapier to add that tag to the person of purchase, not to a contact that who is pre designated. Hope someone can help asap.  Thanks, Nick

Zap to Add Google Calendar Event to another Google Calendar Not Working

I’m trying to accomplish the following:Anytime I add or RSVP Yes to an event on my personal Google Calendar, I want it to also add to my work’s Google Calendar I want the duplicated event on the second calendar to show me as busy/unavailable to my colleagues. I need the details shown on my personal calendar to NOT appear on my work calendar.The Zap I created is Trigger: New Event in Google Calendar → Action: Create Detailed Event in Google Calendar. It is not working AT ALL. I have set up the detail on the Action to hide details and just list things such as description, etc...as Busy. Appreciate the help with troubleshooting my existing Zap and/or a completely new solution!

How can I prevent HubSpot from causing a Zap to run multiple times?

Hello! We have a source of truth dataset in Airtable that gets written from HubSpot through a collection of Zaps. Essentially, this pipeline captures new Deals in HubSpot and writes them to AT with the intent of having a known-good copy in the case of errant (or intentional) data changes in HubSpot.We’re investigating a way to have Zaps ‘listen’ for a change in HubSpot on a deal under a certain status (e.g. anything ‘Won’ with a previous date), then check that against our previously written Airtable data and rewrite HubSpot to match.We’ve successfully written Zaps (which I would be happy to share) that perform this action. Our issue, however, is that HubSpot changes the “close date” to current day any time a property change is made. Some properties auto-save while others don’t commit until you click save. In either use case, this creates a cascading loop which triggers the same Zap several times before filtering itself out. At this point, the end result is still achieved, but at the ex

Hi everyone,I’m trying to integrate Hibob with Notion, I already put API key and Company ID to Zapier, connection test is successful but even though Zapier is not able to find any events.Even when new employee was being created and in the same time I was trying to catch him, Zapier didn’t see anything.Any ideas?

Failed to create an updated invoice in QuickBooks Online: A business validation error occurred while processing your request.

Hi everyoneI try to update an existing invoice to add new products with line item. To begin and for practice I try to change the current product by an other (eg 4Kg with 12Kg) So I use the action step (Find Product Quickbooks) ans search for “12Kg”: And then I put the corresponding product information in the Update Invoice step like this:  When I test it I get this Error Can you help me? This post has been edited by a moderator to remove personal information. Formatter to Notion -- Date still has original output

This post has been split from the topic: How to sync Read-Only events from Google Calendar? Hi @jesse Thank you for your response.Duplicating the calendars indeed did the job, but with some limitations, as I’ll have to manually follow up these calendars and update them by my own.When testing the system, I’ve faced another issue. I’ve been a used a flow Google Calendar → NotionAs I have a lot of daily events, I don’t want to have the default hour (12 AM) into Notion.This is why I’ve added a formatter Google Calendar → Date Format → Notion.The issue is that although the Date Format test is OK (MMMM DD YY), and that I use the output in Notion, I’m still getting the original format (MMMM DD YY HH SS).Can you please assist?Flow:Thanks,Ariel

How to retrieve text and email from Asana custom fields

Greetings and thank you for help / direction!I am would like to send email notifications after milestones are achieved in Asana. This is represented by a task moving from/to different sections in a project in Asana.  I have set up flowsana to trigger a generic notification email which identifies the task name and status update. This gets forwarded to mailparser so that an email can be formatted to originate from our outlook. I am able to use this information to look up the task by name and it retrieves the task.  However the custom field data has a lot of filler content. I have tried:Looking up the task again from the task ID isolated after searching for the task by task name.Creating a task manually instead of via api per usual. Both result in data fields which cannot be used to set email to or text variables from the related field.

Hi, everyone… I have a problem. I cant see my zaps on the section “Zaps”, so I cant edit or change anything. I dont know if the problem is my account or if the problem is in my starter plan (I have less than 20 zaps).  Thanks!

Hi, I sent a support ticket to Zapier Support more than two days ago but no one responded. Today I sent another one but did not even receive the automated response. I’m not sure what’s up. I have not experienced this problem before. Anyone knows what’s going on?

Date Changed to 0 on Data Out

We’ve got a zap that sends data from scheduleonce to ontroport. For “Data In” the date is correct, although the date is changed to 0 on “Data Out”. See below.Does anybody know what is causing this.

Kartra Error: Executing searches.get_lead.operation.perform with bundle {"message":"An error has occured in your request."} Console logs: ` as error, which we cannot read.

Hello, I have a zap that starts with a webhook when a new user creates an account in our custom portal and then step 2 is using their email to retrieve lead details in Kartra. Following this step is a path that if the user does not exist, then a new user in kartra is created but either way the lead is updated with tags. The error is always with the Kartra app in Step 2 when it does occur. And the message is always the exact same which neither myself or Kartra can decipher but since its the same message I am hoping someone knows the answer since I have been ping-ponged back and forth between the 2 companies with no solutions when going through traditional support channels.  The message in the error in the zap history always reads: The app returned `{"message":"An error has occured in your request."} What happened: Executing searches.get_lead.operation.perform with bundle {"message":"An error has occured in your request."} Console logs: ` as error, which we cannot read. If this solution

Zapier Not Moving Ad Leads from FB to Mailchimp

Hi there, I’m new to the group and am not super technical. I generally work with paint all day, not tech. I’m having trouble getting my leads from my FB ad to auto-populate into Mailchimp through Zapier. This is starting the third week of troubleshooting. I have a paid account. I have no warnings on the Zap, and the test trigger goes to my Mailchimp account.The Zap is toggled On. I've toggled it off and on again. I’ve gotten out of Zapier and logged back in. My ads coach has helped me se this up, and I’m the only one of her clients who is having this issue. She is well versed in setting up Zaps. We have rebuilt the Zap 3 times. I have read all of the troubleshooting steps, and gone back through my Zap, nothing seems to be out of place, incorrect, or turned off.  I saw there was a glitch not that long ago on Zapier’s end, but that it has been fixed before I signed up. I have the correct FB account, and ad linked to Zapier. We’re really at a loss here. I’d appreciate help getting this fi

Anyone else having issues with SoundCloud?

It will connect, but when I click test connection it tells me it receives an error with no context. Can’t know whether the test is my fault or not. I am using an account with a different email from my zapier account if that sheds any light.

Google Ads error: Could not send the offline conversion, unsupported version.

Hello we get a message zapier that there is an error in our Google Ads Offline Conversion tracking. The message is it that: AdWords API which you are accessing has been discontinued, use the new API. Where is the solution to solve this? Is it in Ads or in Zapier?

Slack channel_not_found Error, even though I know channel exists.

I created a Zap that will send a notification to one of about 50 market channels in Slack when a new row is found in Snowflake. The channels are all public, and are set up like #mkt-dco-submitted. I have the mkt abbreviation as one of the fields in the query, so it will route the message to the correct market’s channel (ie. #atl-dco-submitted).The problem is, about 20 of the markets return a  channel_not_found error in slack when the bot runs, and I have no idea why. I checked the channel spellings, made sure they are all public, and cant seem to find a reason some would be detected and others wouldn’t Any help would be appreciated!
