Help! 
I have a zap set up for an Instagram post to trigger a LinkedIn Company page post. However, only the caption is posting to LinkedIn, not the image that was originally posted in Instagram. I would like both the image and the caption to post *from* Instagram *to* my LinkedIn Company Page. I tried deleting the original Zap and creating a new one, but it will only let me connect to my LinkedIn personal page, not my company page. There doesn’t seem to be any support or contact, it’s all AI so I’m not able to get any help with this. Thanks!

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, could you please share a screenshot of the “Action” section of your action step that shows all of its field? Here’s an example screenshot:

I’m having the same issue! @ken.a the image does not appear, only the captions. What am I missing?

Before we dive deeper, have you tried mapping the “Media URL” from the Instagram trigger to the “Preview - Thumbnail Image” field? Here’s what the “Media URL” data should look like: c15e968dab058021f688cc54a15b44d2.png

Please let me know if that works.

@ken.a -- this is what my trigger setup looks like. I only have the option to select a new media post and it qualifies both image or video.

The “Media URL” data should be located in the sample data of the Instagram trigger. What you want to do here is to map the “Media URL” data to the “Preview - Thumbnail Image” field.

I’m having the same image.  However, the Preview - Image Thumbnail Image doesn’t seem to exist in my feed.

It looks like the “Preview - Image Thumbnail Image” does not exist anymore. Are you having issues with missing image in LinkedIn?

I’m so sorry for the delayed response here.

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please try these for me?

  1. Go to the trigger step and load a new sample data by clicking on the “Find new records” button.
  2. Remap the existing data on the fields of the LinkedIn step.
  3. Click on the “Skip test” button of the LinkedIn step.
  4. Publish the Zap.
  5. Trigger the Zap by uploading a new media on your Instagram account.
  6. Check if the image and the link is working on the LinkedIn app.
