Hey. I have an orderbump in Digistore24. My zap is supposed to assign a tag in convertkit after the orderbump has also been purchased. In the testorder with digistore24, the tag for the orderbump is not assigned. I assume that digistore24 transmits the main product and the orderbump to zap as one coherent product?
or am I missing something?
the tags are correctly assigned to the upsell and main product

And if not, can you share some screenshots as Troy mentioned, showing the the current set up of the Zap as well as any errors you might be seeing? Asking for screenshots here as us folks in the Community don’t have access to see the setup of your Zaps. Please make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
