Hi I’m having a nightmare trying to add my imap details as a connection for imap by zapier.
I already have one one connection which is using the same email host “Fasthosts” and that runs fine which was set up about a year ago. The I am trying to run the new email address I have added the host and login details using mail.livemail.co.uk and port 993 but it keeps coming up with the following error
I have searched online but can’y find anything. There also is no popup as per 1 and not sure what the account permissions are supposed to be as per 2??
Does anyone know? Or any ideas??
