Hi,

I’m trying to create Zaps so that when a user pays for a subscription in Uscreen, a '(Uscreen) free trial' tag will appear in Active Campaign, but it’s not working. Can you help?

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap step are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field types/mappings.

If you did, we’d really appreciate it if you could share some details of what the fix was for others in the Community to learn from! 🤗

And if you’re still having trouble, please send over some screenshots as Troy mentioned, of the Zap’s set up as well as any errors you might be seeing and we'll be happy to assist. Us folks in the community don’t have access to your account or Zaps so screenshots help to give us more context of the situation. Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing.
