Hello, none of the events we currently have set up to send to GA4 based on Hubspot changes are firing, and I am trying to figure out why. For example - we have a new event created every time we have a new lead in Hubspot.

 

I have double checked and the API secret , Measurement ID values being sent with these are correct.  Zapier is showing this event as a success. The only thing I think of is that we do not have an an “appInstanceID” set right now. However, we are trying to send to GA4 based on activities for a website, not an App.

I have include the Zap history example for an even for “Data In” “Data Out” and “Logs Below”

Any potential feedback would be extremely helpful. thank you

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field types and field mappings.

That may not be the correct Client ID field value format.
