Not sure if you’ve already got this solved but I just came across this and saw in your screenshots that you’re getting a “Unsupported post request. Object with ID does not exist, cannot” error:
That type of error can occur if Zapier hasn’t been granted the correct the permissions. To fix that you’ll want to head over to Facebook and grant Zapier permission to 'Access profile and posts from the Instagram account connected to your Page' as well as ‘Upload media and create posts for the Instagram account connected to your page’ here: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings
Once you've granted those permissions, head back to Zapier and add a new connection for your Instagram account. Then test that Publish Photo action again to see if that gets rid of the error.
