I’m trying to create an automated SMS system and in this sequence, three texts are sent. One immediately after the trigger, confirming the reservation, one an hour before the reservation, and one at the expected end time of the reservation asking for a review. I’ve used the formatter tool to change the date and time from my google sheet into a UNIX code, and then used that unix code in the schedule box for Clicksend SMS. My issue is that all the texts are sent at the same time, not in the specific staggered fashion I wanted it in. Here are some screenshots, I really appreciate any time or help given towards this.

Hey Ken,

I’ve done the following yesterday and I still had the same issue. But I’ve found a viable alternative, I just used delay by Zapier and now everything works fine! :)

Extra info: It seems like Clicksend doesn’t receive the time and only the date, so perhaps my google sheet formatting is the issue.

Hi @Noob Automater,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

It looks like the UNIX time you have mapped in the “Schedule” field does not include the time. Could you please try editing the Google Sheets date data to include the time and trigger the Zap again?

I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!
