Hi there!

I’ve added a zap that publish page post on meta but i receive an Error message “Could not get the access_token for this page” when zap run.

I’ve tested the connection multiple times and recreate the connection multiple times as suggested by the guideline but the error is still present.

Do you have any ideas/suggestion?

Thank you

G.

Hi @ToroT_Edr,

Welcome to the Community.

The error message "Could not get the access_token for this page" often indicates an authorization issue with the connected app in Zapier. Try reauthorizing the app, checking app permissions, using a different browser or incognito mode, or verifying the app's API limitations. Let us know if this troubleshooting tips get the job done. Thank you.

Hi @ToroT_Edr👋

Did Jammer’s suggestions here help to get things sorted?

If not, I wanted to suggest updating the Facebook account’s permissions to match what’s outlined in the guide here: How to get started with Facebook Pages. Often a “Could not get the access_token for this page” error will occur when there’s an issue with the permissions for the Facebook account that’s connected to the Zap.

Once the permissions have been updated, please add a new Facebook connection so that Zapier is able to see the updated permissions for the account. Then try testing that Create Page Post action again to see if that has resolved it.

Want make sure this gets fixed so please keep us updated on how you get on with this!
