Failed to fetch a new appointment from Setmore Appointments: Error while retrieving: Cannot read property 'address' of undefined
I’m trying to create a Zap that pushes new Setmore appointments to a CRM. Our company has multiple locations and I have used this Zap successfully for others, but this one gives me an error every time I try to test the trigger and says it can’t find any new appointments, even though there are some. The only difference I can see is that this particular location has multiple staff members where other’s do not. Ya me encuentro hace varios dias intentando activar un nuevo zap, pero cada vez que intento activarlo me genera el sigueinte error “ERROR AL ACTIVAR ZAP: No se encontro un borrador valido para Zap” verifico que no quede nada pendiente por guardar o algun campao que falte por completar pero todo esta correctamente deligenciado. ¿ alguien sabe por que motivo este error? o que puedo hacer para que mi zap quede activo.
Zapier can’t connect to one of my wordpress sites, hosted on wpengine. Works fine with several other sites.I have tried disabling a reactivating all relevant plugins, tried the legacy integration, tried creating a Zapier user account on the wordpress, whitelisted AWS IP ranges and a lot of other stuff.Im getting the error 500 critical error after the login prompt and never pops up anything about permissions.Can anyone relate or suggest something?
I am currently experiencing a problem with my Firebase collections where only a subset of collections are showing, and the "load more" option is grayed out. I am also unable to manually type the name of the collection that I want to access.Has anyone experienced a similar problem before, or do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance on this matter. Is this related to firebase rules? Thank you in advance for your help and support.
Hello,I am trying to set up a new Zap. I want, if a user posts a new post from a custom post type, then the zap will just post the featured image into a facebook page.The problem is that the featured image doesn’t posted into the fb page. What I am doing wrong?
Hi Zapier community, I am trying to run the following zap: Trigger: New Open/Click Event in MailgunAction: Change Multiple Columns Value in Monday.ComI have set up an email with a clickable button through HTML. My problem is when I test the zap on the specific item it works - it changes the desired column value in Monday. But when I run the zap “organically” meaning sending out the email from Monday and clicking the button in the email nothing happens in Monday. And the main issue is that Zapier states that the zap runs successfully - So I can’t determine why the status column in my Monday board doesn’t change. Hope you can help sort it out.
I have a zap set up to send data from hubspot to a google sheet. The action if to create a new spreadsheet row. In the past it’s always added this at the bottom on the sheet, however, now this is adding it at the top.I want it to go back to adding it at the bottom. Any ideas?

It is not and will not be my regular job.Just a guy who is trying to improve project management and teams cooperation with the help of integration/automation.Right now I’m testing integration between Excel and Wrike (project management app).The zap is: when new row in excel → create task in Wrike.I managed to do it and it worked as expected (easy enough for you guys but a leap step for me; I’m so proud haha).Next I formatted the excel sheet as a table and I think that at this point things went wrong.In any case at one point on Friday, the zap hit an error: “Required field "Title" (title) is missing.”So I was wondering if this might have something to do with the fact that I formatted the excel Worksheetas an excel Tabel.Thanks for your help,Cheers
Hey all, we’ve had multiple Copper <> Zapier integrations running for a couple of years now without fault. However in the past couple of months, one of our Zaps has started firing like crazy, causing us to go over our Zap task limit incredibly quickly. The Zap currently fires whenever an Opportunity is updated, and goes through 10 steps to update a similar database in Smartsheet. Whenever a small change is made to the Opportunity (such as stage or revenue change), it is firing Zapier at least 5 times, sometimes 15+, each a couple of seconds apart. I’ve looked through but can’t work out why this is happening — the Copper information is identical from what I can see each time. Any help?
Hello,I just signed up for a trial of Zapier.I cannot login to sage accounting software.I am in South Africa. I have a sage accounting package. When I try to create a zap using sage accounting I am required to give my login details. I am providing the correct login details but it says that the username or password is incorrect.I think that this is because I selected the wrong region initially. There does not seem to be an option to reselect the region before signing in to my sage accountPlease helpThanks you
Hello,as soon as contacts are updated in Sendinblue, they should also be updated in Google Contacts.Only existing contacts in Google Contacts should be updated here, no new contacts added.I chose this as a trigger: In the next step I selected "Find Contact in Google Contacts" as Action: In the last action I chose the following: Finally I get the following error message (Status coe 400 Bad Request): What can i do? Here is the process flow.setup new zap with two actions - Upload file in Amazon S3 when new inbound email in Email by Zapier New Inbound Email by Zapier - Action this is configured and tested successfully configuration required setting up a custom zapier email address and sending an email from the account where the attachment will come from. Upload file to Amazon S3 - Action Successfully setup a new bucket, IAM policy, Secret/Access Keys Successfully validated access to the bucket from the Action step - Choose Account Setup Action step appears to look good for the fields bucket name: validate-bucket-name key: date("YYYY-MM-DD-HH-mm-ss")}_1. Attachment:No data file: 1. I typically set up my Zaps, like this: FB LEad Ads to Zoom and then Zoom to Convertkit.Now, that I'm doing a paid webinar (before now I've only done free) - do I need a third Zap for Paypal to Zoom or what? I just don't get it how - please help. I've got three going now and don't think they're making any sense. Continuously getting these same errors. Error Reading: The app returned "The Zoom REST API does not support paid registration.".
What I would like to accomplish with Zap:Take new Google Sheet data and import it to Pardot list via Zap I would like to add any new contacts/rows to a Pardot list from Google Sheets.What I did in Zap:I’ve set up a Zap trigger New Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets. to export data from Google Sheets. From Google Sheets, I set up a find prospect in Pardot action to look for a contact based on Google Sheet email data. Then another action to Add Prospects to Pardot listProblem:I was able to set up everything up, but when I got to Add Prospect to List in Pardot, I could only select one Prospect in the step details. That essentially only allows for a single record updated in the Pardot list selected. It’s not adding new records/rows from the Google Sheets as they come in. Do I need to set up a custom action to look for a specific field or…? Please help. The name of the Zap is Google Sheet to Pardot List in my Zap. Thank you.

However, I’m getting an error ‘Access Denied: BigQuery BigQuery: Permission denied while getting Drive credentials.’ I’ve checked all connections and I’m logged in with the proper accounts. Any advice?
The task i’m trying to completeUsing the information in column B > G send a prompt to the GPT and add a response in column H. Each row is independant.What i’ve triedI can get it to run once but then updating the row, adding a new row, new sheet, anything does nothing.If google sheets isnt the best to use, happy to use something else, would even be open to using a google form ti input data into google sheets for it to feed GPT.I’m a bit lost at the moment as to how this can be achieved.
I have a few Zaps that run on “last Modified Time” within Airtable when a new record or updated record is created. problem is two are triggering before the “last modified time” is activated - so its causing a duplication of automations and burning my zap counts for the month.My air-table is set up to first check mark what automations i need that will then filter the records into new views and then once in the view i check mark the automation to run which corresponds with the “last modified time” as described in my zapIve tried limiting the view but that triggers when the records enters that viewive included a screen shot incase anyone can help but wanted to see fi any users have a similar problem with “last modified time” not actually working the way it should
