I have users login to Discord and post a message on a public channel so they can be automatically added a role, which gives them access to a private channel. But I couldn’t get the last step to work. I’ve tried using both the user id and user name. Neither worked.
Hello,I have created a Zapier account and have linked it with Arketa (the platform I use for my fitness membership), however every time I get a new client, the client's first name, last name and email address are supposed to transfer over automatically.This unfortunately doesn't happen. I constantly have to edit my Zap, and test it out for the names to actually transfer over. No matter how many times I do this in the test mode and save it, it does not work automatically afterwards or with the next client.Has anyone else experienced this and would be able to advise how to help so that this is not a manual process anymore?Thank you

I have a number of address lines, for example: Address Line 1: Output ValueAddress Line 2: Output ValueTown: No DataCity: Output ValueCountry: Output ValueSo if the value does not have data it creates a gap in the google doc spreadsheet. I want to be able change this so that it returns the next line and deletes the gap. I know google docs has an option to remove unused values when mapping but I need to return the next line, please could someone help?
We use Asana as our CRM. Every lead who comes into our funnel is an Asana task. As the lead progresses through the funnel, we tag the task with different information, such as if the lead has been pitched to, and who led the pitch. This allows us to calculate our conversion rates and count commission for our sales reps.What I’m doing now: 2x/month I go to my tag link (looks like this: https://app.asana.com/0/1205197112206546/1205197112206546_ ) and manually export all the tasks (both incomplete AND complete tasks) with the tag I need. My question: is there a way to export all the tasks from the tag link in Asana to a google spreadsheet 2x/monthly using Zapier? I do not want to use the “Tag added to task” trigger because it ends up being too many zaps. I just want to pull the tasks associated with a tag at certain intervals throughout the month.

Hello community!I'm currently working for a company in Berlin, and we are trying to automatize some tedious process. One of this process is sent the payroll. At the moment, we receive a big Pdf from each City where we work and the manager from each city need to separate this PDF in the different payroll and send to each employee. So I want to at least automatize de process to separate each payroll. And will be amazing also automatize send it separately to each of them . The Payrolls are made it with Datev, and not all have the same number of pages. Each worker have a worker number that can help to after send the payroll. Any suggestions?
I am trying to move files that are uploaded to one google drive(personal folder) to another google drive(shared drive) I set it up to upload instead of move because I was getting an error with the move option. So when i test it the zap says it passes the test. If I go and manually run the zap it will work but when I upload a file it does not work. It only works if I manually run the zap.
I am trying to automatically create a contact in google contacts using information created in Monday.com. I receive questionnaire responses from our community that automatically populate into a board I have created. However, the webhook within Monday doesn’t always pull all of the information necessary (first name, last name, email, etc.) and the google contact isn’t complete. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason as to why some contacts are complete and others are not, all information is in Monday and there are not empty columns or rows. I’d love any help you can provide.
Hi,I am new to Zappier and one of my clients created zaps that integrate into my shopify store to generate orders when new hires submit all of their documents.We are revamping their website and they would like to change their domain, however nothing is changing besides that. We are keeping the exact platform, the exact shopify store, no changes to the products that are linked to the webhooks and zaps - they would just like their domain name to be different.Is there a way to do this without mapping, or generating webhooks, etc again? I’m trying to create a zap that will read a Google Sheet when a row is updated and automatically bill a customer’s credit card in Quickbooks based on the information from the Sheet. I’m able to create a sales receipt successfully in Quickbooks, but it’s not actually running the credit card. Is there a way to do this?

Hello everyone,I'm currently using Zapier to automate sending form submissions to Mailchimp. My form includes several fields: name, company, and email, all of which are successfully transferred to Mailchimp. However, I'm encountering an issue with a specific field.My form includes a checkbox that allows users to opt-in to receive newsletters. I have integrated this checkbox field into my Zapier workflow, expecting it to reflect in Mailchimp accordingly. Despite this, I cannot find the data from this checkbox field in Mailchimp.Could someone help me understand if I'm missing a step or if there's a specific setup required to ensure checkbox data from the form is properly sent and displayed in Mailchimp? Hi there, I’m trying to build a very simple automation where I create a new expense in quickbooks each time there is a transaction.Regardless of how I populate the fields I still get the following message:Required param missing, nee d to supply the required value for the API: Required parameter Line is missing in the request, Quickbooks Field: LineI see no “Line Fields” among the ones to populate so not sure how to fix this.I added two screenshots below, I’ve been trying to populate only the required fields, or putting dummy variables but the creation of the expense always fail.

Hey all, I’m an engineer that just joined the team at beehiiv, the email newsletter platform. I’ve taken over development for our Zapier app and am working to make some major updates to it in the coming weeks. I’m new to Zapier development, but not new to Javascript in general. I’m struggling to find a format that allows for the intended use of how a user would input custom fields. We allow for multiple custom fields to be passed on create subscriber and update subscriber requests in our API and they need both the id and the value. To simplify the user experience, I made a Zapier trigger that will fetch the custom fields on a user’s account dynamically and allow them to select by name, rather than needing to know the custom field ID. Hi there, I am trying to create a zap from Monday.com to MailerLite. A new contact is added to Monday.com to then create a new subscriber in MailerLite. The test works fine, but then when the Zap is published, it bounces back with this error: Required field "Email" (email) is missing.Unsure what I am missing. TIA

My goal is to set up an automation that allows me to create a new campaign through Brevo's API https://developers.brevo.com/reference/createemailcampaign-1.I've followed the instructions provided and used the Zapier custom action assistant, but I seem to be encountering an issue. When I create the Input Fields, I can only see one field called "campaignDetails." However, according to Brevo's API documentation, there should be more fields available for input.I'm not very technical, so I apologize if this seems like a basic question. Essentially, what I'm trying to achieve is to have the ability to control all the fields as per Brevo's API documentation directly from Zapier.Could someone kindly guide me through the process or point me in the right direction?
