I am trying to find a way to update a contact in HubSpot when the names are unknown, but the email is known. Within the email if the address is firstname.lastname@domain.com The names would be extracted and updated.
Hello, I am trying to connect a Linkedin lead gen form with a hubspot form. When the forms are submitted it triggers a workflow that creates a contact and adds to a list so is required. The issue i am having is that despite the lead gen form having numerous fields - i.e. first name, job title, company etc - the only fields Zapier allows me to see are in the image attached. I want to be able to pair a field with the lead gen form with a input for a hubspot form. Help would be appreciated.
When testing the “lead test trigger” it says: “We started collecting leads in your account. We'll find the most recent one to confirm your trigger is set up correctly. If no leads are found, you'll need to create one.”If my kampaign is not public, it can’t genrate leads, so is that why my zapier testing can not find a lead?

hey! I'm right now looking to automate a pretty repetitive task, but not sure how to do it or if it's even possible in the first place. Would love some help, here's what I would need it to do: Download 3 unique videos from a google drive folder and then copy the file names into ChatGPT with a prompt to reformat the name, and this needs to be done for each file. Then i'd need it to change the format of the videos into a more compatible format and then post the videos with their respective reformatted name into a Discord channel separately from each other. This should also be reusable and each new run it should download and choose only new videos that it hasn't downloaded yet.Thanks!
Is there a way to filter out Inactive contacts when using “Find Contact in Microsoft Dynamics 365”? I’m find that this is identifying Inactive contacts and then a separate piece of automation is creating an Opportunity on these Inactive Contacts. There is no statecode in the Find step. Hi, How would I setup a zap to allow me to get the contact name, not the contact ID of an individual for Deal SP and Deal DP. I have them set up to retrieve the Deal DP and Deal SP respectively, but It only gives me the ID number and not the name which I desire. Can you help. Thanks
Dear all, I am German and a bloody beginner with no skills within Zapier.It would be great if somebody could answer me the question if it is possible to transfer a task from microsoft to-do into the google calender. The tricky thing is that I would like to get the due date and the date for the reminder into the google calender in order to get a note as a message in the some way like it works if I created a reminder directly within the google calender. I am not able to create a hint out of MS to-do directly as a message on my iMac. Would be great to get either a tipp how I can install a zap (with all necessary input in detail) or a hint how I can manage that within ms to-do.Thanks a lot in advance and best regardsKlaus

When I add a new document to my firestore collection, it’s not triggering an email send. During the testing it works fine and zapier is able to see my recent documents, but when I try to add a document to my firestore collection in a real world test, nothing happens. Any ideas?

I check all access many times - nothing.I tried to connect facebook in albato - and yes, I see page what I need and can select form for connection. But I need in Zaiper. What to do? I just created a zap connecting Google Sheets to Salesmsg. The sheet populates a new row when customers fill out a form on our website. I want the Zap to send a text message with their name field to the phone number they provide.I cannot get the test to work. On the Zapier side, it says the text is successful (“A Text Message was sent to Salesmsg about 1 minute ago” etc) but I used my own personal mobile number as the test, and I haven’t received anything.Any advice for a Zapier novice? Hey everyone! I’m attempting to create a Zap that will pull data from an Apify table (Actor - “YouTube Scraper”) and place the data in to newly created cards on Trello. Everything is connected, but my issue is that when Zapier pulls the Apify table data, it places the individual columns data into a single, comma separated row. Here is an example of how it visualizes in Zapier and then the Trello card:I’m trying to add the video upload date and then the video title. As you can see, it’s throwing all the table data on there, rather than a single DATE-TITLE. It’s doing DATE,DATE-TITLE,TITLE of all scraped data. The text “Published Date” is one I entered, as well as “Title”. Hopefully the issue becomes more apparent with these images...I’ve had success achieving the same thing in Google Sheets, which leads me to believe it’s an Apify issue and that the formatting is somehow not compatible with Zapier. I’m working on a simple zap that receives a Successful Payment Notification from Recurly and then aims to create an event in customer.io in the same format. I’m looking for a way that I can just copy the entire trigger payload into the event data, rather than build each field one by one. The later option is quite tedious, especially considering that the full field names don’t show in the dropdown and I have to click “More” to expand them. Also I want to be protected in case the source format ever changes. Is there some intermediate step I can use to capture the entire trigger payload as a variable and then place that into a single event data field?

i have a Zap that creates an invoice in Quickbooks online with a find or create customer step. i am having the find step search by Display Name, because the email address associated with the customer may change over time as people leave the organization.the problem i’m running into is that one of the organizations that i asked QB to find has a colon in their name (e.g. “Awesome Sauce: The Best Company Ever”), and QBO has a rule that you can’t have a colon in the display name.anyone have a workaround? it looks like you can’t search by anything other than Display Name or Email and the match has to be exact (it can’t search for partial match). i could change their company name to “Awesome Sauce (The Best Company Ever)” or something, but they might need their legal name on their invoice for some government reimbursement reason or something.i can go back to creating invoices by hand in QBO, but would rather find a more clever solution. thanks for any ideas!
I am trying to connect zapier to mailerlite.I have a zap set up so that when a person signs up for a particular course (let’s call it digital party planner) they get added to a group in mailerlite (let’s call it zenler-digital party planner). However, when I set it up, I didn't put anything in the choose value section on zapier because I want it to choose the group based off the course in zenler. It therefore failed and said the group value was 0 and needed a number. How do I do it so that it picks the correct group in mailerlite based on the correct course in zenler?
