I am super new to this and need help with an email trigger. Is there a way to send a specific email to a customer when a specific service is booked on Square Appointments?

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: Square - New Appointment
  2. Action: Filter
  3. Action: Gmail - Send Email

Thank you so much for responding. I have these steps but am having issues with data. 

With the filter I am unable to select the specific appointment type in square. There is no option for something that I could then have “(text) contains” a certain word.

 

 

 

Also, when I get to the email portion, there is a section for “To” I am unsure how to select the person’s email address who booked the appointment.
