Unable to complete a Zap which make an envelope with DocuSign due to "Unauthorized" error

I am making a Zip to create an envelope with DocuSign.

At the final step, after pushing “Test Step”, the warning that “Failed to create an envelope using document in DocuSign. The app returned "Unauthorized" was displayed.

I am using DocuSign with Enterprise plan and Zip with free plan.

And, I am supervisor authority with DocuSign.

Do you know how to solve this problem?

Try clicking the [Refresh Fields] button to see if more fields are exposed.

 

Wondering if special characters are not supported in those fields.
