I’m trying to get CustomGPT to import the entire conversation during a live web chat. Currently it’s all connected and communicating with Zapier, but I’m only getting the 1st message someone types in, the rest of the conversation is missing. Any ideas?

Can you share some further details about the current setup? We’d really appreciate it if you could send over some screenshots so we can see the setup of the custom GPT and it’s Zapier AI actions. Please remove/hide any private information (like names, emails, addresses etc.) from any screenshots before sharing.
