I’m trying to create a zap that will read a Google Sheet when a row is updated and automatically bill a customer’s credit card in Quickbooks based on the information from the Sheet.  I’m able to create a sales receipt successfully in Quickbooks, but it’s not actually running the credit card.  Is there a way to do this?

If one of the available QBO Zap app actions doesn’t support the functionality you are seeking, then you may have to explore an advanced approach using the QBO API via one of these actions:

  • Custom Actions
  • API Request
