We use Asana as our CRM. Every lead who comes into our funnel is an Asana task. As the lead progresses through the funnel, we tag the task with different information, such as if the lead has been pitched to, and who led the pitch. This allows us to calculate our conversion rates and count commission for our sales reps.
What I’m doing now: 2x/month I go to my tag link (looks like this: https://app.asana.com/0/1205197112206546/1205197112206546_ ) and manually export all the tasks (both incomplete AND complete tasks) with the tag I need.
My question: is there a way to export all the tasks from the tag link in Asana to a google spreadsheet 2x/monthly using Zapier?
I do not want to use the “Tag added to task” trigger because it ends up being too many zaps. I just want to pull the tasks associated with a tag at certain intervals throughout the month.
