I am needing to create multiple lined invoices in Xero from Excel Data, how does the Excel sheet need to formatted to be able to create the right invoice?
I have been using zapier to take customer information and create lines in Airtable when they book with us. We have recently started using Monday.com and I am trying to transition everything over. The Issue:When I setup my zaps with Monday.com everything seems to be working well until I try to setup column values. I’ve looked up another article that explains how to do it, turned on monday labs, turned on developer mode and I am getting the column names by clicking the drop down arrow next to the column and typing in the grey value listed. eg. “numbers.” Can someone help?
Hello, Do you know how I can have a Facebook Ads Lead zap to RingCentral and Create Webinar Registrant? The meetings and webinar functions of RingCentral are fully powered by Zoom, essentially RingCentral meetings and webinars ARE Zoom meetings and webinars with different branding. It is completely possible to have a Facebook Ads Lead zap to ZOOM and Create Webinar Registrant.So How can we do the same with RingCentral meetings and webinars??? Your help would be GRATELY appreciated. Richard
Hi in an the article from march https://zapier.com/blog/updates/2270/new-pipedrive-integrationit was mentioned that:"in this update, we've made some major changes to deal-related features. Now, Zapier will return human-readable text for custom fields in Pipedrive. Previously, we could only return numeric IDs, which made it harder to determine which field was which. ” But for other data from pipedrive, organizationfields, personfields, productfields etc, we still get the "numeric id's” backIs there a paln to add this down the road, and what is the propper workaround to decode the data currently without making a big hardcoded lookup table for each field in code by zapier

If I am getting regular emails with photos, to and from consistent email addresses, can a Zap be made to move all of the attachments to CompanyCam? If so, and the address is in the subject line of the email, would it be possible to put these attachments in an existing folder?
I’m new to zapier and I love it, in concept. I was able to get it to do one important function which is to update a google shees with a new event added to google calendar. I love seeing new events auto populate into my spreadsheet.However, I’m going in circles trying to get it to do some other things I’m hoping it will help me with.I need it also to update a google sheet row when an event in google calendar is changedand I need it to delete a google sheet row when an event is cancelled.I have a feeling I’m doing something wrong in the row field but I’ve tried every option and It’s still not working. If anyone could help with their Zapertise I would be very grateful.
Hello! I am new to Zapier and wondering if a certain type of Zap can be created and if so if I can do it myself or if I would need to hire a professional. I want to connect my my Gmail and Sharefile together using Zapier. The Zap I am looking to create is not a specific zap. I know it will require some coding -- I am thinking. Each client of mine has their own Sharefile folder. I want to be able to create 2 zaps. One - When a client emails us a document I want that document to go directly to the client’s Sharefile folder so we don’t have to upload it or move it mannually.Two - When we upload a specific type of document to client’s Sharefile folder we want the client to receive a templated email pertaining to that document.Is this possible to do with Zapier and if so, can I do it myself?Thank you for your time and input!
We are building a scheduling app. A user is able to schedule an event and we send out an email notification 30 mins before the event start time. When a new event is created, we create a Zap with delay until set to 30mins before event start. This works great.However, when a user deletes or modifies the event 30 mins before the event start, we need to delete the delayed task so that the email is no longer sent. How is this possible ?Also, is there a better approach to handle this use case ?

Trying to send a salesforce attachement (PDF) to Box or Dropbox. I can’t seem to find the actual PDF document to send to Box or Dropbox. I see the attachment record and all the data, but not the actual pdf. I believe it’s actually a URL link I need. If so how to do get the PDF and send it to BOX or Dropbox. I hope that’s clear enough.

I am building an app in Zapier GUI, I need to fetch the fields based on dropdown selection that user will make. I had a parent dropdown, After the user action on parent I want to show child dropdown with values according to the parent dropdown that user has selected. Can Any one help me how to solve this.
Greetings friends I have the following problem after using zap (Upload video in YouTube when new file in folder in Google Drive) however, the problem arises in the following part of the configuration in the "Video" field notifies me of the following error despite trying different filters available in the "video" section (I even tried with the mp4 file option) as there are several video files that have that kind of encoding the error in question is: that's why, I'm attentive to which would be the most suitable configuration option, in the video field and in the name field so that zap can run without problems when detecting new video files inside a specific google drive folder. Thanks in advance, for any help you can give me.

i’m trying to set up a new zap where i look up a record in airtable that contains a zoom webinar URL and an email address, and it registers that email address to that webinar the problem is, i can’t figure out how to specify a custom webinar, using either the URL or the ID number at the end of the url. all i can see how to do is set up a zap for one webinar that i select myself is there anything i can do here?
Good Day! I am trying to find a custom field e.g. Order ID from Manychat to Fulfillment Order in FBA. I am sure that my Order ID format is correct and the Order Id exist but I can’t seem to make the zap work. It always says that ‘Nothing could be found for the search’ I tried making it the other way FBA to Manychat and it worked. So I wonder what is the difference with the format of my order id when they are the same and I can’t make the first one work. I hope my question is clear.
Hello, I’m trying to setup PagerDuty Zap to send email. It works fine when I specify the assgined person in the incident (Assigned to filed below) Now for this to be really effective I need it to send email when it’s assigned to anyone, not just some specific user...but if I leave the Assigned To field blank and try to fetch data, it always fails… I tried the Custom option but it doesn’t allow me to input anything Any idea what I migth be missing? My Jotform form submissions are not showing any data in the fields. They are fully populated in Jotform. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?
Using Zapier to create a google doc from a template when a new response is created in google forms. Placeholders a set up correctly in the doc template and show on Zapier. All placeholders show up as optional field in Zapier. However, when I tested the zap, only non-text data is transferring from forms into the template. Zapier actually shows the field but when Zap works non-text data does not appear in the created Google Doc. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I’m trying to use the API Request (Beta) in Xero action to create an HTTP request to perform an action that’s not covered by the standard Zapier Xero connector.However I just can’t get past the first stage of authentication, I just keep getting the error message: In the other Xero actions, in the Action step there is an Organization field where I can select which Xero company I want to use and it feels like this is missing in the API Request (beta) action.Organization field in other Xero actionsOrganization field missing in the API Request (Beta) actionHas anyone else managed to successfully use the API Request (Beta) action?
