Using Zapier to create a google doc from a template when a new response is created in google forms.
Placeholders a set up correctly in the doc template and show on Zapier. All placeholders show up as optional field in Zapier. However, when I tested the zap, only non-text data is transferring from forms into the template. Zapier actually shows the field but when Zap works non-text data does not appear in the created Google Doc.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

First off, can you take a screenshot of how you have the placeholders setup in the action step - we can check for any issues there.
Have you tested this zap live before? If so it would also be useful to get a screenshot from the logs of the output data from the step where the template is created.

This is a good representation because Security Deposit = text field; LBP Disclosure = yes/no checkboxes; and Recurring Payments = checkboxes

As for the logs, if you go to the History tab, you’ll see a list of all the times the zap has run. Find an instance of this zap then open it.
Inside you’ll find something like this:
Can you get the “Data In” and “Data Out” section for that second step of the zap.
