Hi, I try to make an automation where Zapier sends me and email when a row is updated but I want it to be conditioned on certain value (between 50 and 90 let’s say), but when data is already in this range zapier read it, but when I want to set up a different condition, Zapier says it didn’t match. What am I missing?

Hi,I’d like to trigger a Slack message when there are updates in a row of a sheet in a spreadsheet.But I can’t find the specific spreadsheet I’d like to use. In the list, there are only two random spreadsheets, and I am not able to Load More or Custom, which means I can’t search with the URL of the spreadsheet as many posts suggested.The spreadsheet is totally owned by me and saved in my Google Drive.Can somebody help? I have a Google form that includes skip sections (in other words, if the answer to a question is no, subsequent questions about that topic are skipped; if yes, the follow-up questions are shown).I would like to automate creating a PDF of the Google form output when a new response is submitted that looks like what a respondent would receive by email (in other words, the form with their responses selected).When I use Google forms and PDF.co what I get is a PDF of the blank form (not one with the responses filled in).The settings are in the screenshot below:Can someone help me figure out what I am doing wrong? Hey guysI’m using a small javascript-step to check a field of new Gravity Form entries. The forms are on a Wordpress-Site with two languages. The data is triggered correctly in Zapier and it just works fine, when the form is sent from the main language. If it’s sent from the second language, which is translated with WPML, the script errors because of missing input-data: But anyway I can see the data in “Step details”: If I open the exact same form entry in the draft and execute the script manually, everything works without any problems. Does anyone know of this or a similar problem? Thx in advance and best regards, Daniel

I am trying to connect my POS dashboard to a review svc but it when I get to the pull sample part, it is clear zapier’s data is from a business that is not mine. It is a business somewhere out in California and I am in NY. I have done all the normal things like re-connecting etc. and I am not logged into that other biz nor have I ever been. The pos is boulevard booking. Anyone have any thoughts?

I’m trying to create a folder in SharePoint, eventually tied to a Gravity Form submission. However even the most basic hard-coded details aren’t working. Here’s a ss of the zap: Test results in: After doing a little sniffing around, I was pointed towards an article where admin privileges for apps needed to be allowed in Azure, which I’ve done. I’ve deleted and reconnected the Zapier integration using my account credentials and I’m an admin/owner of the SP site. Any ideas? Has anyone run into similar issues?
Hi everyone,Two questions regarding setting up a one-time transfer between two apps (WooCommerce → Active Campaign.I have a field for which Zapier can draw and preview the data during the mapping stage, but when I do final review of the entire data set, the field is empty. What could be going wrong? One of the fields is a date field. How can I reformat the date for the receiving app, similar to how one might do so in a normal zap using Formatter by Zapier?For my first question, I’ve connected the apps and run through the steps to set up the steps. In the initial mapping, Zapier sees and can assign the correct field, which holds text data. (see below)Next screen, when I preview my mapping, Zapier shows the data in this field successfully. When have connected Instagram and Webflow in one of our zap. It does not work when someone posts something on Instagram. When we do a Zap run it's stuck at the fetching media level. Did anyone have face same issue? Anyone have any solution for this?
I am trying to create a zap or multiple zaps that when a lead comes into my listing to leads platform and is sent to my Keap crm it triggers to correct automation. example when I have a lead that comes in from the lead source get my homes value you I want that lead to assign a tag inside keap that triggers a follow up automation. then when a lead comes in from my expired listing lead source i want it to trigger a tag in Keap that triggers another automation system
Morning, I’m looking to create Zaps from Freshservice to Connectwise and back and I’m wondering if anyone has got it to work well? Specifically I want a new ticket to be raised in FS, zapped to CW and when a new note is added or the incident closed I want it zapped back into FS. I know we’ve tried before my time and it ended up generating an infinite loop of new tickets, Ideally, I’d like a way for the trigger to only send tickets from certain Companies back and forth as well but I’m note sure if Zapier can manage that. Would there be a workflow maybe in FS that could filter out what we need before the Zap is triggered? Any help gratefully received!

How do I extract the email address of someone who clicks a link to a Google Forms survey inside a ConvertKit email, and add it as data to the survey that specific person is completing (i.e., making sure that their survey responses and their email address imported from ConvertKit end up in the same dataset)?Is this even possible, or is there another workaround (short of having people enter their email address in the survey again)?Thank you!

I have seen the zapier replacement module (even in help documents, as of 11/2023) but I see it’s discontinued. Can anyone recommend a system that can handle this? Zapier interfacesNew form page with an action to navigate to another interface page and “send data to this page”. Im trying to understand how “send data to this page” works as i want to use this data as a filter in a table. I tried using a filter in the component on the next page with the filter referencing the original page form reference but not working. Any ideas or guides?
Hi Zapier Team, I just joined Zapier a couple of weeks ago to try out your platform. I had been testing it out to send purchase info to ConvertKit.I just wanted to try out Zapier for one month but I noticed on my PayPal account that I had been charged 588 USD!I did not intend to purchase a yearly plan and only wanted to try it out for one month. I'm still a small business and 588 USD is a lot of money for me. I cannot afford to pay for this.Please help! I would like a refund! I have contacted both the support team and the live chat but no reply! Please help.
Hi all,I found this topic: Teams SharePoint Excel update | Zapier CommunityI also found a workaround with Google Sheets. You can add a Website/URL to TEAMS. If you use the URL of your Google Sheets you can update Google Sheets and see this on teams. But unfortunately with the update of TEAMS this option doesn't work anymore (see below). Does anyone has a solution for this? Or is the excel-update in TEAMS-sharepoint feature maybe allready available?
